13:10 same thing happened to me, during one of my delivery trips to a apartment complex a customer had purchased several 32 packs of purified water and I had to deliver them up 5 flight of stairs of which I lost balance and tumbled down one flight, I was certainly injured but to what degree I don’t know. I had to see a doctor who recommended I do physical therapy. I was given light light duty at work which ment sitting in the office and doing absolutely nothing…I hated every minute of that.

I'm unsure, but I think it's a bad take to say corporate should reveal what the guidelines are, so we could know where the line is.
