Never plead guilty! Always hire an experienced DUI attorney! There are chances of you having your case dismissed or even reduced to a lower charge! Most people I know pleaded because they just didn’t care or didn’t have money for an attorney! I’m surprised how many of them could of beaten their cases or obtain a more positive charge!
The cop even told me to plead not guilty.
I have an attorney, I had a BAC of .290! In Colorado there’s no if’s, buts, or what’s. They don’t let nothing slide ! 🤦🏾♂️ trust me lesson learned
Don't ever do THAT. The female judge looked my record and I was one drink over. No one was hurt she wouldn't take my guilty plea and thank me for respectful to her and her court. 1000 Dollar lawyer and he got me reckless driving, 1000 fee, I did the DUI school before I asked to do it 100 hours community service

60 percent of the guys i work with have at leat one dui and half of those have 2 or 3. They all say the same thing. A lawyer on your first dui is a waste of money. Get a lawyer when your looking at big boy time. 4 months in prison or more.

It’s my first dui and I got a lawyer, I know the consequences are not too tragic but I rather get a good deal or outcome.
I'm in Pennsylvania and I did not lose my license just yet but I'm going to appeal and the first time charge does not carry any jail time, the fine is 300.
Were you considered tier 1, 2 or 3? My fiancé got tier 3 first dui he is stressing!
I pleaded guilty to my first DUI stupid desicion because now i have a sentencing hearing Im stressing out that i Am i going to go to jail for the 35 to 40 days.
