How do you flip the board slow? I have the setting with manual flip speed but I can’t figure out how to slow it down? Also, spinning is sometimes to quick and I can’t figure out how to make it normal. I didn’t have problems with these in the demos
What do you have your flip speed setting to? If it's directional, to flip slow just flip diagonally in a direction instead of straight left or straight right.
SkaterXL is much more user friendly and more fluid I find but Session feels more polished. The recent beta update for SkaterXL is a big step forward though... I would pick SkaterXL
I liked Skater XL at first, but then I played Session and I just enjoy it so much more. Skater XL is super floaty and the switch controls dont seem as nice as the ones session has. I like the grinding is Skater XL a lil more than Session, but Session still has pretty nice grind mechanics. Session also takes it for their graphics. SESSION ALSO HAS REVERTS! I love doing 90s or 270s and reverting the other 90 degrees, it's so satisfying.
Personal opinion but if you're looking for a game that feels more like skate then get Skater XL. But if ya want something that has a more sim feel to it get Session. Both games are extremely fun, and you should definitely own both.
Not too long until you have more subscribers than X7 Albert. Maybe you could hire some models to take off an item of clothing everything time you land a crook to bump up your numbers.

@@nowhere1734 well NPC'S have been confirmed by the developers. They are just planned for later. Custom brands I'm unsure of, but there are already a few people out there making maps and mods for this. So that's possible, it may even be possible to add in custom board art and whatnot.

Does anyone actually challenge themselves and enable manual board catch cause on auto it's waaay too easy for me..it's like Skate almost, can 360 inward heel into crooked grind ect where on manual board catch you will struggle with a simple kickflip boardslide but that's just my solitary opinion
I played on manual and only manual back in the kickstarter build days, but honestly I think it's way worse now. I don't enjoy playing on manual right now and the developers have admitted some of the changes they made to the game affected manual catch mode greatly. When they improve on it in the future I will return to manual catch :)

I actually love both games equally I would say, but yeah I should stop mentioning the glitchy landings all the time. I don't notice how much I do it myself so I'm glad you point it out!

If you're really careful with your key positions you can make it look smooth but it's a pain in the ass. I hope they smooth it out
