This new progress shown on the game has me really excited honestly, it looks super promising. It will be really refreshing after all the bitterness from Skate 4 and what not, all that I see really needs some more work is the smoothness in the animations, the environments already look great.
As someone who hasnt skated much in real life I can see a clear difference in skill with someone like you who has. I think that says a lot about how well designed the controls are

El Toro - there’s a skatepark here that requires helmets and pads. It sucks. And the cops watch that place. Last time I was there, I got a ticket for no pads. I have to travel like 30 mins to an hour to the next nearest park.
This game is so much fun. Has a lot of glitches and the controls are pretty difficult at first, but the map with all the spots and the feeling of landing a cool trick make it all worth it.
Dylan Cockersell its great actually, toasty does unrealistic tricks from time to time, but it has that small possibility of being real. Way better than trick lining

I’d like to see you do one of Chris Cole’s signature moves. It’s a front 180 over the rail to switch back feeble on the rail then front 180 back to regular off the rail, if that makes sense?
They still have a lot of polishing and touching up to do before the game officially releases, i hope they dont rush it and actually take the time to make this game as smooth as it can be.

That’s why I explained what I did. I think it was the way I was controlling the tricks. If I would’ve done it how the game intended, the animations would probably be correct. How I transitioned from nose slide to switch manual confused the game.
Hey the game isn't working for me. It won't let me finish the tutorial when I get to the reverts. I dont know what to do. I know both my triggers worked and I searched multiple forums and didn't have any results with anything they were saying to do. Please help
@@ToastyGhost on the part of the tutorial when it tells me to revert it won't let me revert or move. After I've done the kickflip and nollie flip. I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. It just hasn't worked for me yet
Jadon Carter - keep tapping the left trigger as fast as you can and see if it will finally give you a revert. Or keep tapping the right trigger as fast as you can and see if that works. Get back to me when you try that.

I don’t think the controls switch when you’re going switch/fakie unless you have it set to do that. For instance a switch flip should be done like a Nollie flip and the front hurricane is like a 180 to smith/feeble grind.
There’s 2 different control schemes. Left/right foot, and the other is front/back foot. I use left/right foot, where the left stick is left foot.. right stick is right. Nollie flip - Left stick - UP, Right stick - LEFT Switch flip - Left stick - DOWN, Right stick - RIGHT

They have Heroin Skateboards in the game so is No Comply Skateshop and Roger Skate Co. Edit* I forgot they also have Schlaudie Skateco in the game as well so far.
SkaterXL is more casual. Grinds are a lot different. However, turning with triggers and the left stick/right stick trick control feels about the same. The two games are very similar, but very different
The developers plan to bring it to other systems PS4 being one of them. But because it is on Xbox Game Preview, Creā-ture Studios had to sign a console exclusivity deal with Microsoft. It has to be exclusive to Xbox One for 3 months after the full release.
Same, I'm going to install it on my nephew's Xbox One. I can't wait for the PS4 version. I need to get it on Xbox One just so I can play it until the PS4 version releases.

Pause the game and go to ‘return to apartment’. Search the apartment until you find customization. I went over it in my last video.
To move objects get off your board and press LB or R1 if you're using a PS4 controller.
