I can understand that once Tarky cheaters started getting dumped into the game, it made Tarky not worth playing. I can totally understand why someone would love a Singleplayer Tarkov to never have to deal with a single cheater but still get that Tarkov feel.
This is a freaking awesome game. I logged over 300 hours during early access, and now that it's out, I can't wait to discover all the new goodies they've added.
This is an amazing game. The stake is high when if you are not careful, you can still run into an ambush, die in a few seconds and loose your best gear. But every successful run is rewarding when I get closer to that fully modded gun, get huge profit or able to achieve the next upgrade or shopping catalogue. One of the best shooter released this month.
There is a lot of room for games like this to mimic the mechanics of pvp games. I feel personally like there is a huge market for this kind of thing similar to how lootboxes that you pay for are stupid but adding a gacha or lootbox to a game that doesn't have any method of stealing from your real life wallet is still a fun mechanic as a means of grinding loot.
The Original Lootbox was called Pindleskin. 😀 Seriously. Diablo II minor area boss that dropped the second(?) highest tier of loot and could be killed in under 30 seconds, with how far under depending on your build and dial-up internet connection. This includes loading up a new game with every run. People used to spend hours and hours on end just doing Pindleruns every 20 seconds because it was the most efficient way of getting some of the most valuable loot in the game.
looks interesting, i may check this one out due to all the hackers in tarkov....plus after getting sucked into rimworld this art style is pretty nice tbh
@@vantilsley8633 100$, atleast they tried to sell it for that. It was quiet scammy of them. There is this 150$ dollar edition, which was sold as all future added content will be free and then they sold a 250$ dollar edition and where like: "Actually, this one is the Everything Edition. It comes with PvE" Just typical Russian dev behaviour to be honest.
The problem with PVE Tarkov is that Tarkov is designed around PvP encounters - AI is there to disrupt your movement, not to pose any real threat. The loot is there to funnel players and create points of interest on the map - this is why late wipe feels like garbage, because people no longer are predictable and map flow is not only disrupted but completely shattered. If you want a decent single player experience, play a game that was made for this purpose. Stalker with Gamma overhaul not only trumps Tarkov in every way, it straight out rip off its head and shit in its neck. And because it's a community made project, you can tailor your experience to be as hardcore or as casual as you want by selecting relevant options. Tarkov for all intents and purposes lacks relevant game loops to make PvE experience anything but a snorefest, unfortunately.
@@vantilsley8633 Not anymore. Before you had to get the most expensive option to play pve. Now pve is a separate charge at about 20 bucks. So you could get the standard edition at like 40-45 bucks, then the pve add on. It still isn't cheap- but it isn't bullshit high cost anymore.
I cant lie i purchased the game and kept dying and dying so i refunded it . After refunding inkept thinking about the game throughout the day 😅 went back on steam and repurchased it ! I fkin love it now
there is an option for single player tarok which is actually called single player tarok or SPT which has full progression, AI PMC's and SCAV's, functioning flea market blah blah blah. it also has mod support to curate the game ow you see fit. anyways love this game, its fun and a bit more laid back but if I want SPT ill just download that.
This game is literally Just Kill loot Upgrade And most idiotic thing your inventory become heavy and you doing same map again and again just to carry all the loot.
It's more stalker than tarkov btw. The only thing is has in common with tarkov is escaping the map. Literally everything else is stalker based
Just what I wanted to hear. I'm sold
what about Kibba?
@@hansdampf640 Kibba doesnt make it EFT tho, just a nice nod to EFT

There's a PVE mode on Tarkov now. I wonder if you are interested in reviewing that? I'm loving it.
The pve mode they tried to sell for 100 bucks. That one?
Isn't it expensive af to get access to pve tarkov?

Lazar always kills me to. Have had the game for a couple days. Love it!!
After a new game, I start to get comfortable with sniping Lazar, but Arman still a scary boss when he can be anywhere.
Nice soundtrack choice;) ror2
This looks great, also props for using the ROR2 soundtrack as your background music.
