I really wish that this was a full game instead of dlc. It just makes sense as of taking down NVA camps and taking down the Vietnam commanders. Problem would be the villain but far cry always knows how to make villains interesting. A far cry game in a war setting will be pretty sweet to play in.
Codermations only problem is America lost the Vietnam war so it would have to be set in an alternate universe

No it wouldn't. Not ever war game has to be set in a victorious war. There's plenty of Vietnam games to attest to that. Honestly I'd rather see a Korean War game.

@@rebeccacummings6697 if you still want an answer to your questions I got the season pass and I’ll give my opinion on the DLCs. For Hours of Darkness I rescued my whole platoon and did several side quests along the way. I’d say it was a good DLC but if I spent too long in it it might get repetitive. Lost on Mars was alright, I gave up on it after not too long. All the new stuff is cool but it just felt it was a lot more lacking of good environmental gameplay compared to Hours of Darkness. So would not recommend Lost on Mars at all really. I’m close to finishing Dead Living Zombies and I’ve found it to be in between the last two DLCs in quality. It is pretty fun and the variety of levels is actually quite well done. This DLC is more of an action game

This was definitely my favorite of the DLC's, may have even liked it more than the main game lol.
The only issues I had were no fast travel (as I missed a lighter and had to hump it all the way back to near the beginning of the map to get it), and the other was more an aesthetic gripe, the South Vietnamese soldiers looked more like Georgia hillbillies ready to squeal, which was odd, considering the NVA looked proper.
Also, sometimes the airstrikes wouldn't happen even though the AA guns were destroyed in that region.

hmm i dont know about the bow since you can find way more effective weapons fairly early on in the game such as the 1911 with a supressor which is accurate on quite some range and gives you a second chance if you should miss couse the time between each shot with the bow is long enough for the ai to spot you since they seem to be awefully aware of where you are the best gun you can get is the ms16 with a supressor or of course the 308 supressed which is on one of the little towers in an outpost but at the end of the day i cant really tell you what the best loadout is couse im on PC and i dont know if some weapons are better or worse on the consoles

The only two Easter eggs I found was Private Cowboy and Private Joker from Full Metal Jacket even tho the characters don’t look like in the movie but I found it pretty cool

I got it ! its fun and great stealth mission , but im wondering why my Vietnam Tactical PVP looks more like a jungle than the DLC if your on PS4 check it out let me know if im just tooting my own horn or if you too think i did a good job with the visuals and terrain , had some help by some the greatest map makers on ps4 , Setho1 , Nasty-_-Nate-_-, Cautioneye ,Bhoshatterman , Evil-g-ferret and more

you find a silenced handgun, scorpion, mp40, ak, m16 and 2 different snipers, in case you hate the bow.

And if you start a new game in standard FC5 with all the DLCs bought and downloaded right at the start you can use a Vietcong attack helicopter with rockets/machine guns that make quick work of vanilla outposts
Man this looks so lazy. What a disappointment. With this $15 gives you 3 hours. With the Witcher, $20 gives you 50 hours
It’s bullshit and not worth your money. I literally did everything possible in 3 and a half hours. I wasn’t try Harding either, that’s just how long it took me to do everything and then leave. It’s not like it was anything interesting or even fun I mean the best part about this whole dlc is that it gives you free guns in the base game

Darren C this is common for far cry dlc. They barely produce story dlc. It’s either fun extra content or just stupid dlc (like the yeti dlc and a Blood dragon). Just to let you know for the mars and zombies one if ur prepared to buy it

Darren C No problem, I hated the endings as well. I’m a bit about the Lost on mars dlc, you play as Nick Rye (ik, I thought it was Larry Parker) and he goes to mars after the bomb dropped. So it’s kinda story dlc but still stupidity.
well I will at least look out for the mars dlc. Considering the amount of nuclear fallout bunkers dotted around, i was not surprised that somebody survived. It gave me some hope after the dreadful ending, I mean you spent all the time to save everyone (just as jospeh was doing), you had a gun, he had a gun, what was the difference at the end? i mean either ending meant the end of your companions. So it was a small consolation to know that some would have survived the nuclear option, simply because of sheer amount of doomsday bunkers!
Darren C I at least expected a bad ending where you kill Joseph and yet someone bad would happen or arrest him and still something bad will happen (kinda like the bad ending but a far better execution). I’m not really mad that a nuke will drop, I’m just not impressed on the execution and the choices. There should atleast be an ending where you were to arrest Joseph just to have a one on one talk with him and then a choice to let him go. I’m just not impressed with the execution of the ending. (I’m still convinced that there is another secret ending but I’m pretty sure that’s not the case).

I was enjoying it until I got an unfixable bug where I couldn't pick up a vietnam lighter no matter what I did. So I couldn't do 100%

There actually quite a few silenced weapons. All American weapons except the lmg have silenced versions.

I agree with something like this and proper zombies not that angles in custom maps bs. I hope the zombie DLC has it turned off... otherwise it'll just be tag, tag, tag, tag, tag, tag all over as if my monitor got chicken pox.
I'm playing through the vanilla storyline with tagging off. Can be a little difficult/frustrating in some places due to the randomness of enemy spawning, but overall it's a much better game. Also don't upgrade health. Gives an actual challenge.

What a waste of a DLC, no offense to Ubisoft but seriously? Of all the characters to base a DLC around, it had to be a character that you don't even meet in the main story, only in a side mission. I would much rather have a DLC revolving around the younger days of the Seed brothers and how they started Eden's Gate. Particularly Jacob, cuz his character seemed to have a lot more depth than what we see in the game. Hope they launch more DLC in the coming months cuz this honestly was a big let down for me.

You can download a UBI map but most of the time.. IT will not run in the editor..
They cheat even with items that can not be found in the editor or extremely over budget Or To many Effects,,,
This must depend on the weather / what time it is...or the day of the week maybe.. Who knows because
The errors or so unhelpful to the point you have no clue what to do....
not to mention:
saving your map at 20 MB closing the editor, reloading your map just to see that the same map is 1.4 MB
