I repaired / replaced a wiper using JB Weld thinned out a bit. And the same technique here. Worked well.

When you say you use micro fiber, do you mean cotton flocks, glass beads, or silica? But thanks for the video. 😊
@@JamesBaker-n5x it’s microfibers. West Systems 413. They are tiny fiber strands that help to form a matrix and better structure
@@AJHewson1 many thanks. That's cotton flocks. Thank goodness you don't have to sand it because it makes the resin extremely difficult to sand!

i thought exactly the same. i already managed to glue my ailerons shut twice when doing 2 small epoxy repairs on 2 throwing pegs. 🤣
