Sir, it is important that we keep our devices up to date. Security issues are not that common in Apple but you still shouldn't risk it. The green screen issue was a major concern back in June and July, there have been no cases reported in September or October, so I guess you are good to go.

iPhone 13 256 GB right now is of 63k, if you can wait till republic day you can get it for around 53k - 54k (assuming the price discount in the recent years). So if you can wait then do wait but if you want it now then choice is yours 😊
It depends on the pricing, if you are aiming to buy around 53k to 55k then iPhone 13 256 will be available but iPhone 14 256 GB will be around 63k to 64k. For vlogging it is also the best because of the video capabilities it offers. Max it can record video in 4k at 60 fps. For the best inputs I will have to test it during the night and will create another video for sure. And congratulations on your first phone as you will not regret it.😀
