I bought the Teeho lock with fingerprint detection. The lock seems to be messed up as it doesn't lock using the keypad, but when I lock it manually it locks but then automatically unlocks every time. It then locks when I do it the second time. I tried to reset it to factory settings, and it is not doing that either. Any help would be appreciated.

My mechanism turns to unlock when it should be locking, it’s set up for a right hand door and I have a left hand door. How do I reverse the mechanism?

Yes that would have been my first suggestion factory resest the other would be to check the batteries but could be a bad lock.
For me is impossible to get the long screws the hold the plate, they get stuck and won’t go in😢 any futher
I might take a look at using different screws from store I have heard that happening a few times!
