Great video! Followed installation instructions along with viewing your video. I have a left hand (interior) install. When I try to unlock the door (or do a reset) the mechanism keeps trying to turn in the wrong direction. How can I get it to turn in the opposite direction?
@@ItstheDaveShow1 Thank you for the tip. I cannot turn the switch to the right lock position. It's a hard stop and won't allow me to. The inner switch works freely and fine when I turn it to the left. I am using the left lock switch position (as I believe it should be). I have removed the inner housing and when I use the keypad, it appears to attempt to switch, moves slightly to the unlock position then stops. It's like something is keeping the motor from turning it all the way. It does this twice. I am starting to think it might be defective.
@@LeeE-fx5if yikes, could be something wrong with it, hard for me to know of course. if you took it apart and tried switching to the other way and it still doesn't work might want to contact the manufacturing for that one. sorry
@@ItstheDaveShow1 I appreciate your assistance:) I contacted Teeho customer support. Did a few simple diagnostics and they are sending me a replacement. I must say that they provided the best tech support and assistance of all the other companies I have dealt with in the past, hands down.
I tried installing twice and each time, the “smart” lock after putting in the last battery while holding reset never works. So locking and unlocking via code never worked properly.
not sure really, would depend on how often you use it I suppose. That one lock in on my back door and we just use the manual part on the inside to get in and out. So it would vary. Good to use quality batteries.
I have 2 1/2 circle gray pieces and 1 gold metal piece that looks like the shape of the end of the dead bolt . But you did not show what they were or where they go

oh no sorry to hear this, I am not quite sure what you mean or how that would happen. there should be a way to put it back together. Don't think I could help you much with this one as I am not there to look at it and try. Sorry

Maybe I got a very bad model Mine keeps getting stuck and key doesn't work as locking it pressing number 1 doesn't work doesn't lock, and I programmed our number and it doesn't work gotta now have a professional taking all the locks and refunding it to Amazon

there is a reset button on the inside part of the lock where the batteries are, I would contact the manufacture for a copy of the instructions for resetting the numbers again.

you might want to flip the switch on the inside to the other way, I have had to do that before as well

They don't give the size of the small screws (or any screws) in the directions. It's a bitch if you have to buy new screws if you misplace one.

Tried installing the keyless entry. The deadbolt gets stuck while unlocking. Any suggestions
maybe just check the hole it comes out of to be sure it is clear and the hole it goes into, make sure it is lined up and clear

I believe those are adapters if the hole is too big for it.

mine unlocks, then locks, then unlocks then locks again... What did I do wrong??

I’ve reset mine multiple times but every time it auto locks it goes through lock and unlock 3 times first. Very frustrating any ideas?

My lock wont lock with the code .. Only unlocks ... I have to use auto lock to get it to lock
you just need to hold down that one button to lock it from the keypad, I think it was the # button, I show it in the video.

I go over it at 6:56, but it is easy and says in the manual of course too.
If someone just buys this exact lock from Amazon does that mean there keys will work on mine
the keys would be all different, just like any other lock you would buy.
