FYI: i decided to MAJORLY focus on her buff/HP scaling for this guide, but that doesnt mean you cant run DPS Chevreuse! i just thought it wouldn't be that meaningful because you just run standard ATK/Pyro/CRIT, optionally have C4, and do a Q->3E combo for max damage there are tidbits of build assistance for DPS Chevreuse though, but the gameplay showcases and teams are support focused. otherwise, thanks for your patience and enjoy my Chevy guide :)

Overload is good crowd control for heavy enemies however. The specialist meks are prevented from using half their attacks due to drequent stagger (not a fling type but the step-back) and it also can take care of geo shields without having claymore or geo character. Overload is gonna be peetty useful fighting the local legends. Rocky cant use most of his attacks when constantly put in state of stagger. Liam gets tossed around but rebuilds poise quickly, but juggling him prevents him from overloading you. Its the right trade off. The supercomputing field generator has geo shield that needs to be broken via plunge attack, geo damage, blunt attacks, or overload so overload is also very helpful here. Also Dehya since that machine huts for 14k shockwaves and 11k per thrown rock. Overload also can infinitely juggle local legends like Yseut and Deianeira. It prevents them from using their bleed attacks. Imo, overload is gonna be the primary tool to use for these local legends as they are essentially bosses that can be CC-ed, either via suction, freeze, or overload, and I soubt more than 2 will be fought at the same time.
Newer player. This is the first banner I have ever summoned on and I made sure to save up for Raiden as she seemed so damn good. I pulled C0 Raiden, C5 Bennet, and C3 Chev. Built all 3 ASAP and then added my already built Xingling for Raiden Hypercarry before I even knew it was a thing. This team literally blows everything out of the water where I am in the game and I am absolutely loving it. I love the playstyle of Chev in it and I really like blowing things up with electro/pyro.

Overload is crowd control if you aren't foolish enough to play melee characters against light enemies you have to chase if they get knocked back. Overload is good for CC'ing Lawachurls and bigger enemies. Yoimiya and C6 Chevy have been destroying everything.

Dialogues of Desert Sages is a perfect weapon for her. + 41% HP +16 HP when she uses her E every 10s. It's on par with the 'right' polearm. She has a decent talent multiplier and a very high E dmg scaling. I wouldn't go for Favonius for 2 reasons: 1- I want to focus on my main DPS rotation 2- Her Burst still has a 15s for a very low energy requirement. 3- The game is recommending SODP on her, but I find that my HP% crimson is working just fine on her. at C5 her ult has a 700% dmg so if it can even land 2 x E then her Ult well make best use of her Crimson. I don't think EoF is good due to her low energy requirement. 4 - Using Raiden will really make Favonius sub-optimal due to ICD
back in the day overload was bad coz there were only two regions and no enemies except hillichurls in Spiral abbys. now there are 5 regions and so many world bosses and heavy enemies are added to abbys. I think this is a good time to build a overload team.
I'm actually loving my Chevreuse ♥️ I just pulled for Raiden and it was a month I was farming her artifact. At now I'm ok to say that Raiden is my best PG in terms of crit value (actually around 180). For Chevreuse I dismounted my little Layla to give her the artifact. So my lv.70 C1 Chevreuse actually has 34k HP and is the best team comp for my Raiden. I tried with a sort of hyperbloom aggravate team, with teaser team, but Raiden really shine only with my Chevreuse and of course Bennett (I don't have kazhua). Just to say, with a charge attack of burst Raiden her damage grow up from 13/15k to 27k and her first hit of burst from 89k to 150k
It’s a super random ask, but would you ever be open to doing a video around team rotations? and going over some of the wider used comps? I think I struggle with timing and can’t work out the best order sometimes or even a process to get where I need 😅 please help if ya can! Anyone that is!

I got her to C6, and put the Songs 4 piece set on her. Needed triple HP to get to 40K HP... For this Artifact set at C6 should I be running triple HP or Atk/Pyro/Crit? For weapon she has Deathmatch since my Fav lance is used elsewhere... Currently at 85% CC and 135% CD
If using the songs 4 piece, triple hp is more preferred since you're going to run more of a support. 40k is the minimum to hit the max atk buff she provided as well as more healing from her skill. If you have r5 black tassel or better, the rightful reward, you can run a healing bonus on the logos artifact. Run atk/pyro/crit if you're using a dps 4 piece set.
Wow, I must have been incredibly lucky?? 😳 I'm a COMPLETELY new player as of just a few days ago, and besides the 10 freebie wishes, I only managed to earn 30 more. Ended up getting her on the final of a 10-pull yesterday. Snagged 5 characters out of 40 attempts (the 10 freebies were just items.) Managed to get Lynette, Kujou Sara, Sucrose, Lisa (dupe) and Chev. Crazy!!
i have kazuha 1k EM + sign, is it better if i switch into chevreuse c0 in raiden hypercarry? i dont want to waste in resource for build chevreuse tho :\
If your bennett is c6 than u can keep almost 100% uptime on chevreuse res shred passive and that will free up for kazuha with signature for the 2nd team which is really really good
She increase raiden hypercarry damage more than kazuha c2 with signature and even heals whole team all the while freeing up kazuha who is an absolute unit for ur 2nd team in the abyss
I think that it's exactly the same, but if you're gonna use Raiden in abyss you can free kazhua and use him in the second team and replace with Chevreuse, that buff the exactly same damage to Raiden
I'm planning on using her with Raiden, Xiangling and then xingqiu or Yelan (when i get them) im using xiangling instead of bennet because ive invested on xiangling by a lot and i feel like she'll do better than bennet because if the overload kncockback
Bro chev works only with pyro and electro characters, no sense to put xingqiu o yealan in team. If you want to use xingqiu or yelan put bennet instead of chev
Building Chev as an HP slave healer is a complete waste of her damage and the absolute incorrect way of building her. You should focus on HP subs, crit subs, and attack subs. You will run her with plenty of other pyros and electros, meaning you get pyro energy and electro resonance...you don't need a lot of ER on her at all and it's a complete waste before C4 to even care. You should run her as an offensive sub dps buffer. Her skill hits so fucking hard you can see showcases of literall 500k shots from her. She's so powerful it's a complete waste to disregard this. Besides, if you are even SOMEWHAT competent, you don't need her to heal a lot, just give healing over time. Overload should stunlock and push back enemies enough. You are absolutely playing her wrong at C4 if you build her as a healer. full stop. It's not even a question. It's flat out incorrect to play her like this. She enables the team to have her as a dps, and two other dps characters, or hell, THREE if you want because she debuffs and buffs and heals.

Small correction. C4 does have a use because the heals stack with two consecutive skill usages.
