Hi, I am able to scan my BRP chip with the phone but its not taking my full given name.
My full given name is Parthkumar Shaileshkumar
But it’s only scanning it as P S as given name.
On front of my BRP my full name is given but at the back of my BRP where machine readable code is there its only P S.
Is it going to be a problem?
I think it's best to give a call to the UKVI and check with them. We haven't faced this situation before. So I don't want to misguide you. Thank you. 😊
Hi can primary applicant submit application for psw post study work visa First. And then later apply for dependents once visa is granted or need to apply for all primary and dependents together?

I think it would be okay, as per my understanding there is a limitation for number of characters. Give them a call and make sure if it’s okay. 😊

Hi, I want to know for apply this visa are we need to take the university confirmation letter and transcript form to submit to this? Or that all documents are already sent to the immigration through the university? Because I apply to that documents from university and it will be take long days for the post. But I need to apply psw asap. 11:12
You'll get an email from your university saying that everything is submitted to UKVI and you can apply to PSW now.
Hello for the question time spent in uk i had a doubt. I spent 1 full year (sept2022-sept2023) in UK and rest 3 months in India. So do I exclude that time or not? What should be my answer? Right now I am in UK. I came back in Dec

Hello brother, Me and my wife came UK recently. My wife got the 2 years study visa. 1st year for studies and 2nd year for professional placement. My question is, what if my wife dint get a placement in her placement year will it affect our PSW? Please reply
Hi brother, no it won’t affect to your PSW. Some universities arrange some courses for the students who are unable to find an internship. Anyway it’s not gonna affect for sure. Try to apply for placements at least few months before the course finishes. Some big companies advertise their placements few months before. All the best. 😊

my student accommodation contract finished in January and I was looking for a room and I got one room from first of may so I lived with my friend between that three months so should I mention my friends address between that gap while applying my psw will it create any problem ..?

Hi … When I was done with my application.. I had mentioned that I’m married and I’m also applying for my husband as dependant. However at the end of my declaration and was about to pay the IHS payment .. (it was mentioned that (you don’t have any dependants) click on continue if this is true. It’s confusing pls clarify this doubt as soon as possible …I have clearly mentioned all the details but is this some error? Should I continue with the process confirming that I have no dependents while it’s not true.
Yeah we got the same message. Don't worry about it. I don't know why it happens. Probably because IHS payment is done separately for each applicant.

It's not advisable to travel during academic period.
Can the dependants come and work full time if we apply for caregiver and come as a care giver? Thank you.
You can't bring your dependent anymore if you come as a caregiver.
