My wife working in Sri Lanka got invitation from one company in uk to visit for one week as she is working from SL. They Also invited me to accompany her. I’m working in Saudi Arabia as a manager and I’m going to apply from here. Our travel dates on first week of September. How long will it takes to proceed the visa ?

You need return flight tickets booked prior to visa application. Book a ticket with free cancellation.

It would be the same process but needs to apply visa through the country that they are in if they are flying from that country
I have applied for PSW but haven't received a decision yet. My student visa expires on the 22nd of May and I am planning to apply for a visa for my brother in June mid. Will that be an issue ? Can I apply with my application in progress. Please advise.
It might be an issues since you haven't got a decision. Hopefully you'll get your visa sorted by mid June.🙂

Yeah, at least 3 months. You need bank statements. that will show how you got money in your account.
