  • What is the best car for delivery drivers? Let me answer that for you in this video!
    I wanted to go over which cars provide the highest return for delivery drivers, as well as rideshare drivers. Whether you're driving for Grubhub, Doordash, Ubereats, or using rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft, these cars might be the best for you. I know some of you might have been wondering which is the best car for delivery drivers, so I decided to make this video and hopefully help answer that question! You might already have an opinion on which car is best for delivery drivers, and that's okay. Leave a comment down below of what you think! Tell me what car you currently use for your delivery's, and how it's worked out for you so far!

    What car do you use for delivery/rideshare apps?

      @@daviswatkinsyt yep. 17-18 mpg. I only do food delivery right now. Might start doing rideshare. I would think the van would be better for rideshare becuase I can pick up groups of people

    • @daviswatkinsyt
      @daviswatkinsyt  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@lgrw9883 You could also try Amazon Flex since it has packages and fit well in a van. Haven’t done it so not sure if it’s worth it or not

      @@daviswatkinsyt is Amazon flex in Canada do you know?? I would love to try it out. Not crazy about picking strangers up for rideshare. I’m sure it would be fine but I’d prefer to just pick up and drop off a burger or an Amazon package instead of an unpredictable person

    Great video! I started doing UberEats back in 2019 after having my first child and expecting my second. I had a 2017 Nissan Altima that was pretty decent in MPG but I want to invest in a Prius. I currently have a 2012 Buick Enclave and it isn’t the best car for delivery service as you can imagine😅

    • @daviswatkinsyt

    I just picked up a 2015 ford fusion Energi for $13,000 before trade-in and I’m averaging 56 MPG at the moment over the last 200 miles, but it’s slowly increasing more over time considering I can drive to and from my main job 5 days per week on full electric mode 😊

    • @sergeantbigmac
      @sergeantbigmac 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Ya my Dad (one of the last people id ever think would get a hybrid btw) picked up the same Ford Fusion plugin hybrid a few years back and im honestly impressed with it. All battery range is good, drives and handles nice, has a surprising amount of low end torque. All that on top of the mpg. Time will tell if theyre reliable as a prius but he hasnt had any problems.
      When he first got it he kept texting the family group chat about how many mpg he was getting lol. At one point it was over 100 because he could get to work on a charge, charge it and come back and never touch the gasoline engine. The battery has worn down over time and he doesnt get the same MPG but its down to like 70 something. Still a big step up from my parents old minivan and gas pig pickup.

    Okay but in another one of your videos I just watch where you were talking about delivering for Amazon, you clearly indicated that they would prefer a larger vehicle which is why I'm looking for an SUV that has plenty of room and is still good on gas.
