They should put a tiana’s place at French quarter. Have a character breakfast with tiana and a fancy sit down dinner.

Nice detail; that poster on the wall is actually not just a regular French Quarter design, but one of the original concept drawings for New Orleans Square in Disneyland with the facade of the original Pirates of the Carribbean.
I died laughing at Molly in the corner covered in powdered sugar, wordlessly refusing to share her beignets!

My favorite resort, couldn't wait for it to reopen. Best thing is after a long day in the Parks is stopping at Scat Cats and chilling with a Sazerac. Love that Quincy has become a regular contributor on video.

Our first trip to Disney World we stayed at Port Orleans when it was brand new! We had such a wonderful time. There's been some changes since then but it's still a wonderful "little" resort to stay at. It really feels like you've gotten away from the real world.
Just discovered Lady Gray this weekend and was so happy to hear Quincy mention it - such a good tasting tea.

That was a sweet touch.They should've cut back to hear eating the last Mickey ear with her face covered in powered sugar. Then later on back to her with a dozen more in front of her, then finally a shot of her at the register, "WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU'RE CUTTNG ME OFF?!"

I was wondering what I would do on my check-out day since I don't have a park pass for that day and my flight doesn't leave til the evening. I'm glad to know Disney Springs is an option.😊

Our favorite resort by far - we don't get to WDW as often as we'd like from the West Coast, but it is where we always stay. Awesome tour - and I love the new Scat Cat area to get the Beignets. Last time we were there they didn't have it.
Next to wilderness Lodge this is my favorite resort.

This is by a LOT my favorite resort. BTW - you may have missed it , but they have a nice outdoor hot tub just off the washing machines area. it is hidden.

I stayed at the PO Riverside in 2015 and the hotel and grounds are gorgeous. We went to the FQ for lunch and both my sons who are adults said we would rather stay at the FQ than Riverside. The Riverside is to overwhelming for us.

I was at the parks on that day, it was definitely a stormy day out. Barely made it back to Pop Century before they shut down the Skyliner

Y'all should come visit New Orleans and I'll help you with pronunciation. The theming of Port Orleans is spot on and I love Quincy's quirkiness. I didn't know Jeoffrey's had chicory coffee!!! That's awesome!
Omg a Molly sighting .It made me laugh when she wordlessly refused giving you a beignet. The only thing that confuses me is she hates doughnuts but she loves beignets
Size-wise and layout-wise (is that a word?), the room reminds me of the Little Mermaid rooms at Art of Animation. But a bit fancier.

We were just at the French quarter and our magic bands didn’t work either but our phone did. We went back to guest services and the did a reset on our bands or something and it worked. The said that because they were just reopening they have quite a few bugs they are working through

is there a reason to do an upgraded tour? Ik this video is a year old so hopefully it wont be to out of date, but im so exited to stay here for my b-day week! (ekk!) Also if i have my b-day here as a resort stay, can i still get my birthday button? (we´ll go to Disney Springs later on)

We just spend a week there. It was nice. I love the New Orleans theme and walking the streets around the resort. Some of the roads have cute french sounding puns to their names, fun. A small detail I love about the shower curtain is the "crown" also looks like a frog's foot. Idk, I thought it was cute.
As French speaker. The resort sure looks like Paris especially the Iron pillars
It's a Doubloon not a Mardis Gras coin. Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter is my favorite moderate. Love the size and busses were there when I needed them.

Funny enough you had the EXACT same room we had a couple of years ago and the magic bands/app did not work then either.
That is a motel room. I’d definitely go there to eat but I can’t see paying so much money for those rooms. Especially now that they’ve take most of the perks away.

Are the boats able to take ECV's on?
Most of the boats at Disney World can accomodate ECVs -- some are easier to navigate than others though. The boat traveling between Magic Kingdom and the Grand Floridian and Polynesian is NOT ECV accessible; same should be true of the boat between the Contemporary and Wilderness Lodge. These are the only two routes that definitely cannot accommodate an ECV. Sometimes both types of boats will sail a single route so you may need to wait a bit longer for an ECV accessible boat. All of the boats at Port Orleans are ECV accessible as far as I know.

Anyone else irrationally irked because the TV isn't centered above the dresser?
I prefer to bring my own toiletries when I travel. Nothing against the Disney H20 stuff, but I know what I like and I try not to deviate from that.

French quarter resort is nice, but I still prefer Dixie Landings (aka Riverside) resort.

In the food court I would guess. They served omelets and such pre-Covid shutdown.
