its depends on few factors ..environment ,type of succulents and dormancy or non dormancy ...2 weeks down in your case they its still bit too early ..also are all the leaves fresh hope there is no yellowing / browning or transparent leaves
Thank you for the informative video! What should you do if your mother leaf has sprouted roots but no pup? Edit: Just finished watching the video and saw that you addressed this. I should probably watch the whole way through before asking questions, haha

for 3-4 days need to be careful and it has to be kept in dry place away from moisture and the carton will be kept in indirect bright light with good intensity no direct sunlight at all.
Frank , question,,, misting is it defends on the area ? Cause here in USA , I learned from big vloggers that mist them after few days plucking ,,, which is true coz if I forgot to mist them they dried up and died ,,, I will try your advice too. Let’s see I may benefit ,,, I like that syringe to water this new babies 👶 Thank you dear💕thumbs up ⬆️
actually yes it’s depends from environment and climate as m from tropical environment mist or watering them from above is a complete no here the succulents starts to rot the very next day mostly so I avoid …but yes I seen many video from usa they water from above and no issue probably the climate is very dry and not humid I think so it works for them but here in tropical climate completely no 😆
Hi! My black prince succulents that i am currently propagating have grown roots and pups as well. But roots aren't pink nor reddish but white. Is that alright?
Oh wow! I'm relieved now. Thank you! I learned a lot from your video and looking forward to watch more as i am new in propagating succulents! I'm a proud new subscriber of your channel now! Thank you so much!!!❤❤❤

I dont mean to go against your warnings about not misting the mother leaf Sir,however, was wondering if one can mist the leaf but then blow off the water using the rubber blower /bellow.
@@daym8 yes that’s best method or bottom watering …yes in some countries they mist I don’t actually know if it works or not …..but for me it def didn’t work I used to mist them generously before 😂😂😂 not even a single one used to survive …luckily I understood the drill and stopped wetting them since then there is no looking back 😂😂😂
I am greatful for your advice Sir, especially as far as the soil mix is concerned and also the a to z (like amazon) information about succulents. Most of the succulent owners don't even know what's in that soil and buy it readymade.🤔😂 Secondly, your channel are among the few to bust so many myths about succulents with evidence, seen in your beautiful Queens thriving and smiling 😊, too over hundreds of them.🏵️ 🌹🙏
I think you are one of the best authorities on growing succulents, clear, honest and economical instructions. I think you deserve more subscribers.

How long will it usually take for the leaves to grow pups and roots? I have left mine for 2 weeks but nothing happened yet.
its depends on few factors ..environment ,type of succulents and dormancy or non dormancy ...2 weeks down in your case they its still bit too early ..also are all the leaves fresh hope there is no yellowing / browning or transparent leaves
@@LushGardener yes I plucked them from the mother succulent directly and choose the most plump leaves on the bottom.

After you prepared the mother leaf in egg cartons, where i suppose to put or to place it ?
for 3-4 days need to be careful and it has to be kept in dry place away from moisture and the carton will be kept in indirect bright light with good intensity no direct sunlight at all.

Thank you Sir Frank 💕
Do you recommend coconut coir to be added to gritty mix for succulents?
for adult succulents not at all …..for leaf propagation you can use cocopeat ☺️
Hi! My black prince succulents that i am currently propagating have grown roots and pups as well. But roots aren't pink nor reddish but white. Is that alright?
Yes it’s absolutely ok ..
They are healthy roots don’t worry 😀😁
New Roots get pink when exposed to much light …yours is good ☺️

Love your instructions . Have been trying there is a glimmer of hope I got pups . Thank you . Which soil do you recommend ? 😁🌱🌱🌱☀️
aww thank you so much…wishing you all the best 😊🪴
for propagation I use cocopeat and garden soil 50:50
I dont mean to go against your warnings about not misting the mother leaf Sir,however, was wondering if one can mist the leaf but then blow off the water using the rubber blower /bellow.
its very difficult to blow off the water and from the mother leaf but you can try and experiment ...its very risky though
Now I Understand why the syringe technique is the best
Thank you for taking the time to reply to me Sir, much appreciated.

What's callus?
it’s the healing process…like when you pluck the leaf there will be a fresh cut which will harden and dry after 2-3 days
@@LushGardener ohh okay
In my case ,the roots are growing upwards 😝😝😝
hahahaha yes happens with some varieties and it’s so difficult to handle it 😂
