Self isolating ourselves will be worth it in the long run, keep in mind this is not forever. But, we all MUST work diligently to keep each other safe. There are support groups, Facebook, social media, prayer groups that are online that we can reach out to. I suffer from anxiety as well, I put my worries in the hands of our Blessed Mother, she will intervene for you, for us all if we let her! most importantly if we all believe! Please feel free to message me if you need someone to talk to, hang in there, you will get through this. Many blessings from my house to yours. Please stay safe, stay healthy. (Btw, I still go out for fresh air, but The places I like to go are drives down dirt roads, near lakes or the beach (I live along Lake Superior where there are not a lot of people, wide open spaces) with spring in the air, being outdoors listening to the birds does the body wonders, just remember to stay clear of crowded places) . When I speak about staying home, I’m referring to staying away from crowded places, shops, stores, etc., I stay home for the most, I don’t visit family, but I still find someplace where I can enjoy the beauty, the sunshine, etc., remember, you are not alone. I just found out her videos not too long ago...Maybe two or three weeks ago and I am glad I did...I love nature and I grew up in nature in a village in northern Spain...I appreciate this kind of life and I miss it...The difference is I did not worked much...I was a child and my mother did everything...She made everything from scratch too...I just enjoyed everything then and these videos remind me of the best life one can possibly have...
What I like the most about her is that she's a minimalist.
Like, she doesn't uses different knives for cutting,chopping, bla bla. It's just that scary ass murder knife for everything.
Watch Chinese chef videos and all of them say the cleaver is the only cutting tool needed, just get one that fits your style...and she does use a smaller knife occasionally.

Ingredients:
broad bean 1kg，dried pepper 10 kg, ginger 0.5 kg, salt 3kg, Sichuan Pepper 0.5 kg
Steps:
1、 boil the broad beans till half cooked, then remove the peel
2、 cover broad beans with wattle leaves and mould for 5 days
3、 wash peppers and dry under the sun
4、 wash broad beans with white wine
5、 cut up peppers
6、 mix all the ingredients
7、 seal the vessel with double gauze and preserve for 30 days
8、 stir it every morning
9、 seal with ripe canola oil and can preserve for 2 years
