I and my family has been living in Bandung from 1995 until 2017 and it was a wonderful time until the Tol Road from Jakarta was finished. Bandung became crowded and prices went up. We couldn't go out of your house in Cipaku Indah on a weekend because the traffic was terrible. Now I think it will be worse when you can go by train in 40 minutes... Happily I retired in 2017 and we moved to my wife's country the Philippines on an island without traffic 😂...
But I remember the good time in Indonesia especially the food and the friendliness of the Sunadanise.... Hatto Nohun Bandung....
Philippines is another country we want to visit. Just need to time it well with rainy season
