Hello! Great tutorial. We have made multiple attempts to connect to the Newline Cast using the downloaded app and the web-browser and cannot connect. We blip onto the screen for a second, showing we are in the room in the guest list, and then we disappear, as though getting immediately kicked out? Any help you can offer would be great. We are on a Mac. We are also using a VN series Newline Touch Screen, not the RS series. Again- Great tutorial!

One thing that would be helpful would be static casting, it could be annoying to have to set up casting every single day.
