- This week on Brilliant Idiots, Charlamagne, Andrew, and Wax kick off the episode speaking on the importance of taking advantage of your metabolism in your 20’s, because once you hit the age 35, just say good bye to it. Also, during the show they discuss Cardi B’s success in her lawsuit with TH-camr Tasha K, and how it should be a lesson for people to be mindful about certain things they spread online, but of course Andrew gave some pushback towards it. Also, even after an unfortunate lost, they still believe Tom Brady is the best athlete of all time, and even tried to compare others to him, but it doesn’t seem like there is a match. Lastly, they end the show with some “Ask an idiot” questions, with one asking who Andrew and Charlamagne would do a versuz with in their career in comedy and radio/tv personality.

Tom Brady's greatest physical ability is throwing the ball. The reason why he's so good at his job is because of his high football IQ. He makes the right play every damn play. If its 3rd down, and he needs to get a first down to maintain his lead and seal the game or to make the comeback, hes gonna fucking convert that play. I've never seen someone convert 3rd and 4th downs in the highest pressured moments and convert them with ease. Tom Brady is so damn good because hes so damn clutch. If his team needs a score, hes gonna fucking get it. He's not the best athlete, but hes the best winner.

Pretty outside take here, but there are definitely a few skateboarders that need to be brought up when we discuss the greatest athlete's of all time. In no way am I diminishing Ali, Jordan, Rinaldo, or Brady (all well deserved picks), but to not think to mention at least Tony Hawk in that discussion is insane. He's well into his 50's still performing at an incredibly high level in a sport that not only has an insanely high level of difficulty, but is just as prone to constant severe injuries at football or boxing, and is as globally participated in as soccer. It's a sport that's constantly overlooked, but really should be brought up in these discussions of greatest athletes ever.
