Presenting to you the 3 months transformation video of Unni Mukundan!! (01 January 2021 - 31 March 2021) - Fat2Fit
Unni Mukundan gained body weight up to 93 kgs last year for his character Jayakrishnan in his first own production movie - Meppadiyan which is ready to release now.
After the shoot, he has to cut down the fat and reduce his body weight. He started 3 months transformation and fitness challenge by inviting the public to join him for the period 01 January 2021 - 31 March 2021. FitnessWithUM.
Initially, he practiced a few sessions in traditional Kalaripayattu (Kannur) to regain his flexibility and stamina. But that was not enough. Later, during the transformation challenge period, he followed a proper diet and undergone severe weight training workout sessions.
Thanking each and everyone who contributed and supported me to achieve the current best fit body ever in my life. And thank you to everyone who had joined me in the 3 months transformation challenge and sent the photos and messages.

That's a body recomposition, as he has been in shape for several years. Its the muscle memory that did most of the work. Although his hard work is worth all the praises, but it's quite unrealistic expectation for anyone who's a complete beginner.
