I actually own every single lotr set ever made as well as every figure. In addition I have an orc and Uraki army console of 42 orcs and 44 Uraki. All legit Lego
I just dug all my sets out from storage and I have 50 Uruk Hai and probably as many orcs and goblins (from a Hobbit set or two). I have every LOTR/Hobbit from hire and a few extras of elves and rohirrim generic soldier. I wish we had Gondorians (which makes me think we’ll have some version of Minis Tirith)
There WON’T be a $1,000 Helm’s Deep Lego set lol. Put aside the cost, which is just too prohibitive for too many Lego fans - the footprint of such a sprawling Helm’s Deep set would be utterly inconvenient . It’s easier to go up when you display than in every single direction. I have all the LOTR/Hobbit sets old and new. I can see a new Helm’s Deep set. Maybe even a larger one than the old one. But not something that would cost anywhere close to $1,000. I realize you say this is speculation in the beginning. But still.

I think $200 would be a nice price for a significantly larger than the old one Bag End. Though the original is almost perfect
