KFC Popcorn Chicken at Home | Crispy Fried Chicken Recipe | Better Than Takeout

2 chicken breasts (300g)
1.5 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
0.5 tsp pepper
1 egg
110g soft flour (if there is no flour)
Corn Starch 55g
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1. Do not coat with flour in advance, do it right away when frying.
2. I fried it over medium heat

I did it! I cooked the chicken exactly as you showed and they were better than kfc’s! They turned out great! Perfect to eat alone or with a really good sweet and sour sauce! Ty so much! You have no idea how many times I’ve tried different recipes and still couldn’t get tender chicken bites with a nice tasty crunch outer crust! Ty. My husband thanks you as well!!!
