[SUB] How to make KFC Chicken Crispy :: Korean Seasoned Chicken Sauce :: Korean Garlic Soy Sauce

I made a KFC style chicken characterized by a crispy texture.
I also made two famous Korean sauces that can be eaten with chicken.
It’s sweet seasoned chicken sauce(yangnyeom sauce) and garlic soy sauce.
This is the chicken sauce that everyone likes.
Chicken with bones is hard to fry at home,
Fry it with the tenderloin.
*** Weighing is scale (g), rice spoon (tbsp), teaspoon (tsp) weighing.
[3 servings]
✤ Chicken marinade
-360g Chicken tenderloin
-1tbsp (2g) of salt, 4 pinches
-0.5tbsp Black pepper
-1tsp Red pepper powder
-100ml milk
-2tbsp Corn starch powder
-3tbsp Plain flour
✤ Coating
-110g Plain flour
-80g Corn starch powder
-3pinches Salt
✤ Seasoned Chicken Sauce(yangnyeom sauce)
-2tbsp Ketchup
-2tbsp Sugar
-0.7tbsp (Gochujang) red pepper paste
-4tbsp Starch syrup (or honey)
-0.5tbsp Soy sauce
-0.5tbsp Minced garlic
-0.5tbsp Red pepper powder
✤ Garlic Soy sauce
-3tbsp Starch syrup (or honey)
-3tbsp Water
-2tbsp Sugar
-2tbsp Soy sauce
-2tbsp Cooking wine(can be omitted)
-0.5tbsp Minced garlic
✤ TIP
-You can use honey instead of starch syrup, but use non-fragrant honey.
-If you don't have cooking wine, you can omit it.
