So everything is about the boss🤔? The boss is bias and does not respect , how do we handle it? The boss is friends with the person that is noisy and enjoys getting others in trouble? The list goes onnnnnnnnnn🤔
I have one simple rule with my boss: I show you respect, you give it in return. Don't wanna reciprocate that respect and give me crap? I'll flush that crap down the toilet. If I wanted to work with clowns I'll apply for the circus.
I'm a veteran educator and I know the value of life long learning. Your video and "the five simple steps" provide examples of common situations that I've repeatedly dealt with. I often keep my feelings and convictions to myself, too afraid to see if others are experiencing the same perception about a boss (in my case, principal). Thanks so much for your help this morning! I'm ready to go out there and rock my job no matter what the adversity.
