    Helpful tips. It would be nice to not have all of your references refer to a male boss. As a female boss myself, it seems too many of these videos reference only men as the boss.

      Thanks Candace! That's great advice, I'll keep that in mind as I do future videos. Definitely want to be inclusive of all the bosses out there. Thanks for watching!

      If this is a demonstration on what you choose to focus on, you're probably not a very good boss.

      #1 was the best advice , but this assumes you're not dealing with a Peter Principle boss.

    If I'm solving my boss problems why not just open my own company.

    • @leducleadership
      @leducleadership  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You certainly could! There's lots of room in the market for competition and new companies. There's a lot that goes into starting a new business and it's very different from being an employee, but if you feel like you can provide a better product or experience on your own it's worth looking into! Thanks for watching!

    What if my boss is a complete a-hole and piece of crap?

    • @leducleadership
      @leducleadership  6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Bosses that don't treat their team or others with respect can be a real challenge. In those situations we can make things better for the rest of the team by learning as much as we can about what problems the team is facing and finding solutions to them. Getting a sense of the big picture that your boss has to deal with can help you solve some of those issues before they become problems. Hope this helps!

      Just be paranoid and follow the path of least resistance unless when it hurts you to do so.
