To be fair alex was talking the entire run which is not easy to do, but absolutely great show from mushi , shows that anyone cant get into running half life and its my favourite run to watch
almost too much to take in with 2 people running at the same time

this is half life 1 either in software renderer or with opengl texture filtering disabled (gl_texturemode gl_nearest)

Even though he lost health from drowning the game will regenerate some of your health that you lost after leaving the water.
