The first song I ever heard by them was recommended to me by TH-cam and it was sit, stay, roll over, and it turned me onto this crazy Jinjer train and i've never gotten off. Queen Tati is the GOAT, and so is the band. These four amazing individuals from the beautiful country of ukraine have mastered their respective instruments and it shows. You have so much Jinjer You need to check out. You will love every bit of it. Buckle up, it's a fun ride. ✌️
Perennial live at Wacken shows her talent well. My favorite performance is Pit of Consciousness live in Kiev.
Great starters for Jinjer... you might want to also check out " Perennial " Live at Wacken , " Teacher Teacher " official vid, and " Who is gonna be the one " official video... all of which are next level sonic mayhem. Pay CLOSE attention on these... they're full of insane sections that show off just how creative and musically talented the band is as a whole.
Yeah, Tati is supremely talented. Check out this: "JINJER - Judgement (& Punishment) - Tatiana Shmayluk - One Take Vocal Performance". Just her, her cat, and a vocal mic. Amazing. You will not be disappointed.

It's almost impossible to "overhype" Tati. She's just that damn good, in all her vocal modes. The smooth, instant transitions, and the depth of that growl... saying "you've never heard anything like this" is not an exaggeration.

Tati has the best Jekyll/Hyde (copyrighted) voice in the biz. The band is stellar! Keep going. You will only be more impressed.
There are a few female metal and rock singers that can do both and do it well but Tatiana has a lot of power behind her voice that most vocalists don't have. She is a former smoker which is a wild because if I had to guess, she has Olympic athlete level lung capacity and breath control

Thank you for this one, H.I.M.! I really love Pisces. Jinjer is my favorite band and I never got into Spiritbox, but for me it's not about who can do the wildest growls or the most impressive cleans, but what sounds good and again, for me, Jinjer just has everything: the wonderful haunting chords in their compositions, complexity mixed with groove, heaviness mixed with chill, beautiful clean vocals mixed with beautiful growls and most importantly, for me, powerful, meaningful lyrics.

I would recommend checking out spirit box the bands are different enough where you will feel like you are getting a unique experience. Courtney's voice is treated as an instrument by her husband who handles all of SBs production.
Welcome to your Jinjer adventure. You have just scratched the surface. It just gets better from here on.
This is not a truly live performance, per se. There is significant vocal post-processing in this performance. Doubling/harmonies in some of the cleans and some vocal doubling in the harsh vocals that make them sound like two people are growling at once if you listen closely enough.
That being said, I have seen the band live and have watched their true live videos countless times. Tati is indeed a world class singer. The hype is real.
As great as her growls and screams are, it's her cleans that seal the deal. She has a lot of texture, velvet, great tone, playfulness, a stinging ang sultry vibrato and is a good mixed belter. This song only covers one facet of her. The band is the same.....the entire package is multifaceted and very talented.
Tati is very much the undisputed Queen of Metal and sometimes I think she's the best singer in metal right now and the band is the best in metal. Finally, Tati is a helluva of a frontman on stage.
JINJER - Perennial (Live At Wacken Open Air 2019) is a good next stop.
JINJER - Pit of Consciousness (Live In Kiev) is Jinjer at their darkest.
JINJER - Sit, Stay, Rollover (Live In Melbourne) is Jinjer as their most brutal brutal.
JINJER - I Soeak Astronomy Live From Hellfest @ Home is another good proggy one to compliment the Vortex video you did.

If some Nightwish fan would read about the Queen of Metal he'll definitely argue about it. He'd think that Floor is a Queen. Or even Tarja.
But I'd agree with you because I can hardly consider Nightwish as metal. As well as Epica, Unleash the Archers, Evanescence etc. Thus Floor, Simone and many other female singers are really great but they don't perform pure concrete metal, rather some kind of sympho-pop music with distorted guitars.
In opposite, Tati, despite all her versatility, is a true metal singer. She's in a league with Cortney, Alissa, Vicky Psarakis, Lena Scissorhands, Maria Brink and some others. And yeah, Tatiana could have that title if we'd sum up all pros and contras.
I see Jinjer, I must watch!

JINJER Perennial (Live At Wacken Open Air 2019)
You should give the band Ad Infinitum a listen. Songs to start with that showcase the vocals, I Am the Storm, this was the first single. At the time it was not really a band, it only had the vocalist/lyricist Melissa Bonny, she was trying (and succeeded) to get the band started from crowd funding, the instruments were done by others not in the band.
Other songs, Marching on Versailles, Animals, Eternal Rains, Upside Down, Afterlife (featuring Nils Molin on vocals.) Really any of their songs would do in my opinion, but they are probably good starters.

IMO, Courtney and Tati are 2 sides of the same coin.
And both Bands are amazing.
You just can't go wrong with Jinjer.
Courtney is a good singer but Tatiana definitely has more balls to her sound. They have to mix Courtney's voice UP into mixes, they have the reign Tatiana's voice DOWN into mixes
