Others have already clarified that he wrote and produced this based on Beauty and the Beast from the pov of the beast. Each member has a solo song for this release as well as a mv. And yes his vocal range is insane. You may have heard him in other songs and didn't even realize it was him such as Taste or Cover Me. He has two other solos, Deep End which is based on Road to Teribithia showcasing his full range all the way to a beautiful falsetto and is extremely emotional and Rev It Up which is an unreleased song featuring his cave bass and crazy energy that he performed during the 5Star tour. There are fun bts videos for this mv which are really interesting to see. The underwater scenes were especially wild.

I recommend grouping songs as there are some small gems that seguae to the big numbers. The dude frome your 1st or 2nd Hamilton vid gave you a good breakdown. It'll save you some headache towards the end of Act 1 and all of act 2... and you won't miss some heavy emotional moments. (especially since Act 1 covers a bit over a decade of Hamilton's life and act 2 covers the last 20-ish)
