I just signed the papers for my 03 1200 N and it’s carburated, so I suppose this 98 is as well. Fuel injection came with the switch to liquid cooled engines in 05 or 06 I think but I‘m not 100% sure

@@Donemik Don't think ever liquid cooled ?, Big oil cooler. Image a very very healthy Bandit 1200, with fuel. inj. Lovely !!, Heard on very, very Good Authority, the 1200 had more Mid Range Torque than the 1250, which I've heard is also Superb, but as my PhD Masters Degree in Bandit Torque Enjoyment only, nothing technical, taught me ALL ABOUT THE Torque, ACCELERATION. My late beloved 05 GSF Bandit 650 inj., Very very healthy, at least 58, 59 times more biking joy, than in 84 my nearly new Kawasaki 750 turbo, and it was great for high speed planted travels, heard first production bike any size, to do the Standing quarter mile in 10 seconds, mine did 161mph., Rather be in 3rd or 4th gear on the Bandit, BLESSED BEYOND BELIEF Biking wise, remember EVERY ride?, Can remember EVERY twist of the throttle, it's response?, QUICKER than an Arcade game, Quickly over 80 mph, before the red line, in 2nd gear,???, Just AWESOME, What Biking JOY, TREAT it was .
