  • Our Brownells new product guru, Paul Levy, tells us about the Bravo Chassis for the Tikka T3x rifle from KRG. Kinetic Research Group is a company that's built a solid reputation making equally solid chassis systems for popular bolt action rifles like the T3x. The Bravo sports a rock-solid, full-length aluminum bedding block surrounded by an ergonomically enhanced polymer stock with convenient M-LOK® slots on the forend for accessories. Plus, it's adjustable for length-of-pull, has multiple bipod mounting options, and sports a ton of other features that precision shooters really, really want. When Paul's done giving the grand tour, you'll want to applaud and shout "Bravo!"

    Wish they’d offer this for Ruger American long actions!

    Thank you for the video. Will this work for a long action, .300 Win mag, Tikka T3X lite?

    Good video, thanks for that.
    One question which did not get answered and is important to me!
    What was/is the basic weight of this chassis compared to a standard Tikka stock?

      For some reason most people dont care about weight. Im always counting ounces with any of my builds.

      Website states 2.9lbs for a t1x. Weight is mainly in the middle/rear

    How do you attach a rail to the bottom of the stock for a monopod? At the butt of the rifle.

    Do you guys think it is worth it to get this stock on a Tikka T3 on 243? I saying because the caliber, can I shoot long range with a 243? let's say 500 to 600 yards..? will this stock makes the rifle more accurate or it is only aesthetic?

      I'd like to know too. I have a Tikka T3X Lite Roughtech and wanted a KRG Bravo Chassis for it (also live in Alberta, Canada).
      I have two, one chambered in .308 Win and the other in .300 Win. Mag.
      Assuming I can't find one of these stocks for my .300 WM?

    Why are rifle stocks more than some rifles

    • @Mr.Spectaculous
      @Mr.Spectaculous 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Because the "Stock" is an aluminium chassis (Machined) with polymer panels to make it appear like a traditional wood or fiberglass stock. Oh and don't look up the cost of fiberglass stocks. This stock is a bargain.

      Sometimes we get a little behind on production or items come in earlier than expected...but we still like to discuss those items.
