My left ear enjoyed this
Pick Yeah sorry about that, some strange happenings during export! We’ll make it up to your right ear next time! Tim
Pick Just wanted to say the same :)
😂
You don't need the shitty music accompaniment. It devalues your video.
Nice one! A useful tool I’ve found at home is a step ladder. Easy to add difficulty by going up a step at a time.
Genius... the ladder of Gainz!!! Would love to see it in action - Jacko
School of Calisthenics done! Instapost
Awesome 💪will add in to my routine next week. Might practice on the the bed/floor too 😊
Great idea! I've used tool boxes and all sorts in the past. Have fun! Seth
Well explained, and well demonstrated, nice one boy's 👦 💪
I started doing these type of calisthenic workouts naturally a few weeks back. I lifted weights for years, but after another injury, I decided to start a new path. I've just been listening to my body. I push myself physically in creative ways. It's neat to see the pros doing a lot of what I've just been doing naturally while experimenting. I feel like I'm on the right track.
Thanks for this guy’s it’s very helpful.
I have been practicing this, this morning but it’s easier said than done but I’m really going to give this a go.
Greetings from Brisbane Australia 🇦🇺
We love Brisbane! I lived in Milton for a while. Near the stadium. Harvey
Hi guys great video what area are you in just come across you but this is great
Thanks for the support Joe. Welcome to the channel and all the best on your journey. Don't forget to follow us on instagram too for more content. 🙏
Can you please do a video on the freestanding handstandpushup and how to control it so you don't fall
It's on the list! Keep an eye out for it...
School of Calisthenics Nice to hear! I'm excited now :D
I'm regards to shrugging and driving the shoulders towards the ears is this what Tom Merrick talks about when balancing out elevation (I.e. shrugging) with shlulder depression work (e.g. L sit work)? Appreciate you guys can't speak for him. Gutted I couldn't hear you and Jacko talk at UKSCA this year. Love your content
Hi guys massive fan of the channel and loving the new handstand tips. I do a similar routine to your beginner routine and do dips rather than poke push ups, how would you recommend including handstand and pike training?
Hey MrNeilfenstein. Thanks for the support! In terms of helping you with including Handstand and Pike training, I'd need to know a little bit more about what your goals are. Are you doing dips to help you progress towards a Handstand? Or generally how to incorporate Handstand training within your general weekly training sessions? Will be happy to help you further. Seth.
This is what I have been looking for... Building the strength for the Bakasana, etc. There's lots about building core strength specifically for inversions, but haven't seen too much about the necessary upper body strength. This is going to be my Part 1, after which I will try the straight arm Crane. Thanks again!
My phone speakers only plays the music but not the audio
dont need the music
nice video! great content, a direction I want to take my own channel in
Video quality and info is exceptional. Very helpful thanks
I'm in good place to earn more knowledge. congratulations to you

Thanks pal, appreciate the support! Anything else you’d like us to cover on these videos? - Jacko
There are a few things. so whichever you guys would rather do. I'm a little stuck on getting more than three muscle ups. Maybe it's a strength issue? Also, planche progression and front lever. you guys might have that already.. so I'll search your channel. Give a shout-out to Fresno California! Lol
thank you so match bro i have to do this
don't need the music bro
Thank you!!!
Our pleasure.
The music is dope! Mind share the name of it?
