A Wet Sharpness

In the pouring rain a Dutch coaster, the EEMS DOLLARD, arrives at the Port of Sharpness with a cargo of cement from Spain.

I should love to be able to travel back in time to around 1860, & watch square rigged sailing ships - obviously with no engines - entering Sharpness, particularly as then, the entrance was 'round the corner'. You have to see the tidal stream here to have an idea of the skill required!
