Though I will still give credit to the likes of Lightspeed Rescue, Time Force, Dino Thunder, and SPD being phenomenal seasons that you should look into at some point if you haven't already.

These videos take a ton of behind the scenes work that is not seen. Thank you for taking time doing this! I would not mind a continue with the seasons after this. Wild force, Time force, Lost Galaxy, there are some seasons of power rangers that some people never have seen or heard of before.
You just had to make me tear up and cry the minute you were playing TOB's themes during the Zordon shattering his energy tube scene and the Montage of everything from mighty morphin up to now........ You magnificent man good job! Since a certain someone had just finished his legendary retrospective of the power ranger series I think I will watch yours and see how you like the remaining series. Also you DEFINITELY have a type due to Ashley, Astromena and psycho yellow human but I can't blame you lol.
You should 100% continue this series. I grew up with lost galaxy, lightspeed rescue, and jungle fury, despite me being like, in early preschool when jungle fury came out, and watching it years after. But it’d be cool to see how you feel and think about the later seasons, megaforce and super megaforcce especially. (I grew up with those two as well, and I LOVED them!)
Definitely keep going with this series. I am reliving this stuff every time you post a new one for Power Rangers. My only wish for the last episode of this season would have been to have all the MMPR-Turbo rangers show up demorphed fighting somewhere in the city as individuals or as a team. We had the cameos of other world rangers but unfortunately not the earthbound rangers. Even the ones who had cameos within the season. For a bit of a laugh I would have even enjoyed seeing TMNT's again fighting in New York.
Sadly, a lot of the MMPR cast wouldnt come back due to payment and backstage treatment. Its why they were replaced in MMPR s2. Also, Trini passing away in real life. As for Tanya, Rocky, Tasha, Justin and JDF...im not sure. Still a very cool idea!
PLEASE keep going! I wanna see you cover the other seasons, these retrospectives are so well done because you bring your passion for the show to each video! From the editing to the commentary to the dramatic pauses, your love for Power Rangers shines through in every way! Please do more!
Considering I actually found your entire channel due to your first Power Rangers video being recommended to me after watching one of Linkara's History Of Power Rangers episodes, I'm going to do the unthinkable and say... Yes, I would in fact like to see you continue to talk about these different series.
I never heard this be talked about, so I appreciate it: It makes sense why Astronema is so over the top and petulant in the beginning. She is a teenager raised to be evil, and she tried to project what she thought was what a successful evil villain would act like. Due to the age of the cast I always forgot that she was meant to be a teenager. Update: I corrected the grammar. Talk to text is my enemy sometimes
They all are, in just about every season. They got better at casting younger looking in newer seasons, but the "teenagers with attitude" premise from Mighty Morphin' is still present through to the end. It's a shame the whole idea of making her the first original American Ranger fell through, it would have just about the best redemption arc the series could have done.
@@justinarzola4584 ... I said she was supposed to be but wasn't because they didn't go through with the idea *this* season. Has nothing to do with the next two.
@@jpcsdutra Actually, most of the Saban and Disney era ranger seasons drop the teenager thing. You still have a few (Ninja Storm and DIno Thunder), but its certainly not every season like the first six. Neo-Saban went back hard, though
I really hope you do continue this series here. I grew up on Power Rangers and I’ve only fully seen a few series (5 in total), I haven’t had the chance to watch them all. Watching your videos not only brings me nostalgia but introduces me to the series I haven’t seen. This is definitely something I support. You’re the best one doing this on YT Please continue this.
In space is certainly the pinnical of the franchise. If it was definitively meant to be the end of the franchise, it would of ended on a high note. Sure, I might be preaching to the choir, but it's one of those cases where it certainly deserves every inch of praise it gets! And honestly, I'd love to see you do retrospective for Lost Galaxy and beyond!
Well said, this show demonstrated what power rangers could really be a accessible way for kids to get into the sci-fi genre, and yet as an adult I still love some of the dialogue and story plots in this show
Absolutely agree. The following generations were good, but I miss how they originally tied the seasons together up until In Space. Wild Force was my personal favorite.
Its a shame how ignored it is these days. For the season that saved PR, it sure gets no love from the IP owners, toy lines, video games or the new series. Really grinds my gears
Thank you for this! And, yes, please do Lost Galaxy! It was the epilogue and bridge from the Zordon era to everything that followed. Also, you legit made me laugh out aloud at the part about it being the last episode. "You can have Andros say F*** if you wanted to. What are they gonna do? Cancel the show?" My only complaint with Space was for what was to be the final battle, it really would have been great to have the original Rangers make an appearance. Especially that scene where the crowd all comes forward saying they are the Power Rangers. I'd have lost may dang mind if the MMPR team had stepped out.
Lost in space was so good. Also I liked the blocks on the chest. I thought it symbolized them being more of a team which eventually happens. I loved how the ship became the magazord head. It’s also funny cuz I just watched modzilla video on next mutation and he said it’s sad that the best episode is a crossover with the power rangers , so your not wrong that it’s trash and I remember even as a huge tmnt fan when I was a kid even hating it. Side note I think we really need a side series or something where bulk and skull finally get to be power rangers , even for one episode.
The blocks in the chest are a cool part of the design. They are a bit lost in the details because the adaptation throws away the video-game motif. In the original it is supposed to be a "character selection" kinda detail, and thus the Silver Ranger, being the prototype, has no colors in his chest because there was no other suit done then. I've always found it pretty neat too.
Those blocks always reminded me of squares old chocolate wrappers had in Europe. I don't know what they meant, I think it was to test the color pallette of the wrapper or something.
@@jpcsdutraI always thought the blocks were meant to be like the coloured buttons on some video game controllers, like the Super Nintendo, the Playstation 1, the N64 and the Gamecube
This was the first video I came across on your channel and IMMEDIATELY went back to watch your other Power Ranger retrospectives afterwards. I hope that you consider doing future seasons because you've done a really good job at recapping and giving your thoughts so far. In Space aired (and finished) before I was born, I think Time Force was the one that was on when I was finally old enough to watch TV for real, but I remember having the VHS "mini movie" of thje Psycho Rangers saga that I played to DEATH when I was little. I wish I still had it, but this was a blast from the past that I really enjoyed watching. Thank you for doing these videos, it was a fun night reliving the old Zordon-Era Power Rangers. It's morphin' time!
ill be honest space I love this one a lot as it helped officially end the arc of Bulk and Skulls characters as a duo as well as given us 2 amazing antags of Astronema and Ecliptor with both neither being really evil people but were forced on the evil path the rangers were pretty amazing here especially Andros also then the last of Zordon pulled the heartstrings from the viewers that watched the beginning of power rangers to turbo, seeing him sacrifice himself for the galaxy was emotional to watch. I wish I could watch it all over again multiple times rn really
In Space deserves all of it's praise and it shows how far the show has come from MMPR. I don't just mean storytelling but from sets, props, music and quality. I think In Space was the first season to be Union so maybe they had more money and resources to work with. Anyway money well spent. Countdown to Destruction was included in the Best Of VHS/DVD which I watched religiously as a kid and I think that was my introduction to In Space? Zordon's sacrifice hit when I watched the previous seasons and what his death meant. It was the end of an era and your tribute and Linkara's melt my heart. Even if I didn't grow up during that era, it shows how far the show has come and how special it is for so many fans. I don't see this anywhere but I do like how 'Star Wars' this season feels. Andros is clearly Luke with his cloak, mind powers and space knowledge. Not to mention his relationship to Astronema which is parallel to Luke's quest of redeeming Vader. They both succeeded. It's just something I noticed and someone definetly had Star Wars on the brain besides that Dagobah reference. In Space was awesome and it began the following seasons being more mature and taking more risks. So if you do continue this series, next season is one of the darkest but my personal favourite entry of PR is within a lost galaxy....
@@LostgalaxystanZeo was pretty good too, it started the deviation from "Monster of the Week" and actually added character depth. But i do agree, In Space - Wild Force is peak PR
Linkara’s HoPR on Cosmic Fury yesterday, and Conner’s Weird World of in Space today?? Let’s GOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Small nitpick: Andros isn’t an alien, he’s human. I guess in Power Rangers, evolution decided to put human life on several planets.
@@brendoncoyle5905Ehhh.... generally in sci-fi "Alien" means "Lifeform from a Planet that isn't Earth, that isn't Human", where Humans from Earth are Terrans, and Humans from other planets are named after that planet, but all Humans (Terran and non-Terran) share the common Human Genome in some manner. Like Bajorans, Vulcans, Romulans, Klingons, Cardassians, Andorans are "Alien" but also Humanoids/Human-Like due to all of them sharing with Humans a common ancestral life-seeding species from hundreds of thousands of years before. Humans cross-breeding with those other races is possible but not always successful. Karovians like Andros are Non-Terran Humans with special abilities like telekinesis.
You covering the power rangers seasons are the best bro!!!! Your videos give me some of the best nostalgia and I can't get enough! Can't wait to see your lost galaxy coverage
Absolutely loving these videos on Power Rangers. Please continue through the rest of the show, I'd love to hear your thoughts on Time Force, since that's my personal favorite season of Power Rangers. Keep up the fantastic content, Conner! May the power protect you ⚡
LMAO the more you went on with the “filler” episodes the more I recognized edited plots from Megaranger- The episode where Cassie gets stuck in a tall building with some sort of nuke inside? It was originally Miku being blackmailed because some guy from school took pictures of her sleeping in class and was going to report her, so they go to this fancy highrise building for a date or whatever that has a special energy plant inside or something- literally the same plot, even with the “megatank” or whatever power rangers calls it going in and being used… Smh I personally think Megaranger did those episodes better.
Bro give it up. Power Rangers are far superior to the giant cringy cheese fest you call "sentai" the only good thing that came from sentai were the fights
After watching the sentai version is fun to do a rewatch of the Power Rangers season and see how they used the footage. Like, years later, I finally understand why Ecliptor became red and super powerful in that scene. Watching both versions is always the best.
@@88thebluedemonI don’t think I’ve even seen a toxic power rangers fan like this, it’s really funny that you’re just really wrong. Super sentai is the more mature of the two and definitely isn’t how you think it is, you’ve probably only seen clips of the dumber comedy bits and formed your opinion based on that, plus probably some bias on top of that. You should actually watch a sentai to form a proper non-biased opinion, plus they’re quite good, just pick based on what power rangers season you like the most and go from there.
@@JNAB0212Most of the time the Sentai are a lot more mature, with the exceptions being Zeo (MAYBE), In Space, Lost Galaxy, Time Force (MAYBE), Wild Force, Dino Thunder, RPM and Dino Charge, as these seasons are way more mature than their Sentai counterpart's which were quite silly, especially Kyoryuger and Go-Onger
space and time force are my favorite adorations of the power rangers and imo the best to date, what a great joy it was to find this video and your channel, great video
This is *technically* my first video of your channel. As in I got a random recommendation of stuff new to me, and this video had just come out. So I binged all of the prior power rangers content until I just finished just now. Wow! Thank you so much for the literal blast from the past that was this journey.
"You went out on a date with my sister?" "I didn't know she was your sister! I just thought she was a psychotic space fascist, who would have an issue with that?"
I love your recaps of power rangers. Its really helping to fill in the gaps between mmpr and Dino fury/cosmic fury/always and forever. Would like to see your take on those three especially with thier callbacks to older series.
At this point of this airing, I was around 8 years old. Turbo killed my investment in the show and no one at school was talking about Power Rangers anymore. So I stopped watching and I didn’t grow up with In Space. I kept taking a peek every now and then to just see what was happening but I wasn’t really interested in watching regularly again. Years later I learned the show was so good it brought it back from ending permanently and how the series ended with Zordon dying and taking every evil villain with him. It just wasn’t the team I knew and had been following for such a long time, so the investment just wasn’t there for me. I’m glad this season saved the franchise so future generations could grow up with power rangers like I did. I haven’t seen every series but I saw a few episodes of later seasons and I liked what I saw. Dino Thunder, SPD, Mystic Force, they were good! I Hope later iterations capture what made the show what it was for me back then for a new wave of kids and fans alike.
I would LOVE to see you continue this series and potentially make retrospective videos on the Power Ranger series that I grew up with (Wild Force, Ninja Storm and Dino Thunder). I learned so much about the Zordon era of Power Rangers, which I knew nothing about besides some random reruns of Zeo I caught when I was a kid and that one recap episode in Dino Thunder about every other Power Rangers gen before that one. Plus, these videos are super high quality!!
Count me in for more PR content. Found this channel because of the mighty morphin video, and although it might be ambitious if be along for the ride through an entire PR series, I love your videos
Yeah this was pretty dope. I’m in my late 20’s and still got goosebumps when certain story lines were revisited here! Glad ya did this vid! SOLID WORK!
Dude, you do an unbelievable job on these videos. You are right up there with Linkara on the level of the professionalism. I would love to no end to see you do more of these Rangers videos. Please do that😊😊❤❤
Honestly, this is one of my two favorite seasons of Power Rangers (as a 34 year old). It's this and Time Force. I missed watching Space when it was new (aside from the first episode) but over the years thanks to reruns being run on Fox/ABC Family and later on the DVDs, I grew to love this season. I really would love to see you continue just to at least see my other favorite season and maybe even up to what really did feel like the finale, RPM
7:42 My favorite Power Rangers show is Dino Thunder. It's one of the the only three Power Rangers theme songs that doesn't have "Go" in the lyrics. (The other two being RPM and Cosmic Fury)
I love these power rangers videos so much! You inspired me to make a retrospective for my favorite ranger season since it’s 20th anniversary is coming up!
Watching your PR Videos revitalized my love in Power Rangers again, thank you for your hard work. I'm willing to depart with you in the retrospective journey of every season of Power Rangers. Bravo Conner, bravo.
I just found your videos and omg are they so good! I love your brake down of the early seasons and I really hope you continue this series! Particularly because I haven’t seen a full retrospective like this before!
Technically, Lost Galaxy is still the same story; serving as somewhat of an epilogue. Even though seasons after that get some soft-reboot or alternate timeline continuity treatment, there are even later seasons that continue it even further.
I just found these videos a few days ago and im completely hooked! Thanks for helping me with this stroll down memory lane! In space is so iconic and deserves all the love
Yes! So happy to see you finish out the Zordon era. This has been a really great retrospective/review. Would love to see you continue there's some really good seasons ahead. Ninja Storm to SPD are some faves of mine that I watched with my little brother when he was in peak Power Rangers age.
Incredible video, in space was my first power ranger series so I became obsessed with PR and the sci fi genre as a result. I still get so emotional watching the finale of this incredible series, and I would love to go down memory lane with lost galaxy, light speed rescue and time force with each of your upcoming videos!!!
One thing I felt was a missed opportunity would have been to include the Zeo Rangers fighting, even if it's stock voices or they're just silent. Granted it would have conflicted with the Adam episode, but still! Heck we had enough changeover over the years we could have had the original five MMPR team (Jason, Billy, Kimberly, Trini and Zach) along with the Zeo team. Imagine as a fan of the MMPR saga how cool it would be to have Jason and Tommy as Red Rangers fighting side by side against Rita and Zedd. Also Justin could have made another cameo...I guess... Anyway Andros would still have the final strike on Zordon and be the hero at the end since this is his saga, but the side fights would still be good.
Sadly Billy was mistreated backstage for being of a certain sexuality, Kimberly was acting, Jason had money disputes and problems with Tommy irl. Not sure about Trini, but i think Tommy was focusing on his MMA at the time
Man, thanks for making these. I always wanted to binge the show but honestly never could make it through the grind. I’ve been sick with a cold and been rewatching basically the whole show through your recaps. Awesome. Please keep the stuff coming. Also love how you implement background information about the actors and super sentai. 👏
In retrospect, Ichigo coming back to be a mentor to Carlos was a great use of a veteran ranger. But that ten red ranger special for Wild Force is still peak imo.
I don’t even know how to put in words this masterpiece… thank you for the love you’ve shown for my favorite show and season. Thank you for all the hard work you put into this.
I am so serious when I say I would GLADLY watch dozens of hours of this same exact type of content. The way you recap this story was AMAZING. I truly hope you continue doing this with every power rangers series. I say again, I would gladly watch every one of them if you chose to do so. I also fully intend to watch the other videos you’ve already posted in this style, currently watching the mighty morphin video on another device while I type this comment. Godspeed creator, you deserve fantastic things 🫡
With Linkara now having (possibly) ended his own retrospective series now that he's covered Cosmic Fury and not expecting to do anything from the new continuity, I feel like it's up to you to carry on the torch of Power Rangers retrospectives. I'd love to see you keep doing these, and I can't wait to see how you feel about the other seasons, even if they're ones you've never seen before
In Space was also my favourite Ranger series, so seeing someone enjoy it this much and make such a great video about it brought some happy tears to my eyes. 335 and Rocket, Ranger.
Yes please do Lost Galaxy and beyond that with other seasons I would like to hear your retrospectives on rest of the Saban era, the Disney era , neo-saban era and the Hasbro era
i dont comment on stuff very often but i really wanted to say i enjoyed this video a whole lot. when i was a kid, i was absolutely obsessed with power rangers in space. i had so many of the toys and i remember loving the psycho rangers and thinking they were SO COOL. Zhane too, which may have contributed to silver becoming one of my favorite colors haha. i had the wrist morpher as well, and i remember wearing it for what felt like days and just fiddling with the buttons and opening and closing it and when you showed it off in the beginning of the video, i was hit with a wave of pure nostalgia and joy that was almost overwhelming. you can really feel the passion and love that you have for the show in this video and that made it a joy to watch.
That was me as a kid. I really liked MMPR but Space was DIFFERENT type of obsession. I was always into space and science stuff so it might have contributed. I thought Zane was the coolest too. Finding out the actor was an actual martial artist- dude had it all and then some. The psycho rangers blew my mind with badly they outmatched the rangers needing a second team of power rangers to decisively win. Also I really loved the MegaZords. They felt completely PERFECT with the space theme even better than the source material super sentai season where the theme was virtual games.
Great video. Keep going. I watched/listened to it over the course of 3 days at work. I also never knew what happened to Zordon, so that was good to learn.
I would love to see you continue this retrospective series so we can see the weird world that not the Zordon era created but the weird (in a good way) multiverse the whole franchise has created

PLEASE do all of the power rangers series, this is litterally so fun to watch and brings so much nostalgia
Yes! I've been waiting for this one, best PR season hands down! Love your power ranger deep dives, Connor!
This brought back so much nostalgia, thank you! This was a great video and I shed tears of joy and sadness.
@@jpcsdutra Titanium Ranger is the first American ranger, and I thought she was fine as the pink galaxy ranger
The psycho rangers were my favorites this season.
I would love the rest of the series from you! This was the perfect nostalgia for me.
Hell yeah man continue you on!! This gives me all the nostalgia without having to spend hours and hours rewatching the whole series
Would love to see you continue this series! It's clear to see how much passion you put into the videos and your genuine love for the franchise!
Well not just parallel to Vader, closer parallel is Leia. And his partner-in-crime more or less gets the girl too
Dude being a kid when this came out and recently assessed all my megazords at the storage this season was definitely fire af
In space was the first good season it started the golden era in space-wild force was the best
@@LostgalaxystanZeo was pretty good too, it started the deviation from "Monster of the Week" and actually added character depth. But i do agree, In Space - Wild Force is peak PR
Dude, you do not know how much joy discovering your videos and this series has brought to me. Please keep making them
Linkara’s HoPR on Cosmic Fury yesterday, and Conner’s Weird World of in Space today?? Let’s GOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
Small nitpick: Andros isn’t an alien, he’s human. I guess in Power Rangers, evolution decided to put human life on several planets.
Andross?
Homie he’s uh like literally by the very definition of the word an alien.
@@brendoncoyle5905Right? Like he’s PLAYED by a human ACTOR,but the character is LITERALLY from ANOTHER PLANET,I.E. ALIEN.
@@brendoncoyle5905 he’s literally a human tho. He says so himself. He’s not an alien in the sci fi sense.
You covering the power rangers seasons are the best bro!!!! Your videos give me some of the best nostalgia and I can't get enough! Can't wait to see your lost galaxy coverage
I can't wait for you to do Post Zordon Era and the Disney Era
ESPECIALLY TIME FORCE
Just your luck! He posted one 3 weeks ago!! i can’t wait for Dino thunder & Mystic Force!!!
I am hyped for jungle fury and SPD
I’m waiting for rpm and spd
@@88thebluedemonI don't care 😑
Between the 25th anniversary of the season and the release of the new Linkara's HOPR I feel spoilt today 😊
Just came from that video too.
@@RoosterMontgomery same
I love your recaps of power rangers.
I Hope later iterations capture what made the show what it was for me back then for a new wave of kids and fans alike.
you should check Wildforce as well
@@ernestogastelum9123 I did its ok, but nowadays it’d be kinda hard to watch knowing what the red ranger actor has done
You must watch Lightspeed Rescue, Lost Galaxy and Time Force. The best of the post zordon era
SOLID WORK!
I’ve been checking your page for days, I had a feeling this was coming soon and I couldn’t wait and now it’s here let’s gooooo🎉❤🎉
MANNNN THIS VIDEO WAS AMAZING ! Definitely brought back great memories, great break down of how awesome in space was and IS! Such a legendary season

she also played lexi grey (merediths sister) in greys anatomy aswell

Cool
That moment the Pink Ranger Yelled to stop the baby carriage from falling down the stair was amazing. The build up to that moment omg.
Dude, you do an unbelievable job on these videos. You are right up there with Linkara on the level of the professionalism.
I would love to no end to see you do more of these Rangers videos. Please do that😊😊❤❤
This series of yours has been brilliant and I would love to see it continue. So please do!
30:42 I love how Karone's story came full circle right before the Legendary Battle when she said, "I love being a Power Ranger."
7:42 My favorite Power Rangers show is Dino Thunder. It's one of the the only three Power Rangers theme songs that doesn't have "Go" in the lyrics. (The other two being RPM and Cosmic Fury)
These videos are really fascinating to watch and I hope you keep making more of them.

Great video - really well done and with a lot of love shown! Thank you for it & PLEASE cover Lost Galaxy: we need you on this mission 😊
I just found your videos and omg are they so good! I love your brake down of the early seasons and I really hope you continue this series! Particularly because I haven’t seen a full retrospective like this before!
I amazed that the story starts in the mighty Morphin power rangers and still continues into space like that's amazing
Picture quality improved over the years
@@IGotThisGeorgeLopez1The picture quality was the same.
Technically, Lost Galaxy is still the same story; serving as somewhat of an epilogue.
Even though seasons after that get some soft-reboot or alternate timeline continuity treatment, there are even later seasons that continue it even further.
Yep
I just found these videos a few days ago and im completely hooked! Thanks for helping me with this stroll down memory lane! In space is so iconic and deserves all the love
Yes, please continue this series. I stopped with this series. Would love to know about the following ones. Great work!!!!!
I hope you do continue, these have been a blast and im pumped for more (doesnt hurt that lost galaxy just so happens to be my favorite season)
Not sure about Trini, but i think Tommy was focusing on his MMA at the time
Please continue these videos! They are so freaking amazing and your voice is soothing
Please continue these. New subscriber and i absolutely love these and cant wait to watch the ones prior to these
Man, thanks for making these.
25:38 when the theme song kicks and BANG YEAH BABAY LETS GO!!!
I'd love to see you keep doing these, and I can't wait to see how you feel about the other seasons, even if they're ones you've never seen before
He still has to remake the Dino Thunder, SPD, Mystic Force, and RPM videos so we still will get some HOPR
Anyone think about how Bulk and Skull help Phenomenous try to catch aliens when for a long while, they kept 2 aliens as pets?
I sure hope you keep covering the other seasons! You are doing such an amazing job!!
WOOT been waiting for this!!!
Honestly this is the first video I have seen of yours and it was a beautiful nostalgia trip. Hope you do continue. Would love to relive more of the rangers history. Particularly Mystic force, personal favorite from childhood
I found your channel yesterday and I’ve binged 3
Of your powerranger video I’m so invested now in this series please do all of them there was one I used to watch in the 2010-2012 I think on nick I’m so excited for when you get to it
Seeing Adam BEAT a villain of the week without his powers just proves that the og mmpr AND replacement mmpr rangers are the most skilled rangers.
While I'm glad the franchise continued after this, if it had ended with Space, it would have been one Hell of a finale 😊
Absolutely agree!!! ICONIC!!!
I'm SO glad I started watching this video series casually. As far as I remember, I had never caught up with Power Rangers as a child until Time Force (my personal favorite one). But finally getting to this video I noticed I remembered a lot from In Space! Carlos On Call immediately came to mind as a plot I remembered but no idea from where, Seymour, and then the 03 button from Andros' Battlizer Gauntlet... So many amazing suprising nostalgic moments! PLEASE do continue the series, you totally got me hooked now!!
