@@ElwynR I musta had a stroke when I was typing, I totally didn't mean B-1 😂. It was the green aircraft that was on the taxiway when the F-15s were taking off at the 2:00 minute mark. I think its a military version of the DC-3? Its the prop job.
You would see them alongside the freeway at Sea-Tac , they were always spinning, even on the ground for some reason…. I thought they looked awesome…. I was about 10 years old back then… early eighties time frame. I’m not a big fan of cargo or anything huge these days, but I really liked the AWACKY’s
Looks like the Canadians came out in force this year! I think I saw 2 CF-18's, a few Kingfishers, a CC-130J stretch, and a CC-330 Husky all takeoff...niiicceeee They really do a nice job of painting their CF-18 demo jet each year
Those are not F-5 Freedom Fighters, those are T-38 Talons. The F-5, while looks very similar, is ONLY a single-seat fighter, has much larger intakes (for the larger engines), the exhaust nozzles are also larger, they takeoff with the nose-gear fully extended up...and there are other major differences. This is a common mistake so don't feel badly. But Google the differences.
I’ve convinced my wife to let me go down for the full weekend (we only had a Saturday ticket) next year. Do you need accreditation to get in there on departure day or how does it work please?
Thank you Spain for showing off the under appreciated Harrier. Brilliant 50s tech and an awesome machine. Also love the Mirage 2000. Bravo Norway for keeping the Vampire aloft!
I've always liked watching helicopter, prop planes and jets take off and land. I worked on military bases around Pensacola/Eglin for decades. Even remodeling the blue angels hanger but nothing here was spectacular to me
I was lucky enough in 2014 at Wings Over Houston Airshow to see the first time in history when a P-51 and a ME262 flew wingtip to wingtip in formation.
Can never understand why the RAF dropped the Tornado's they were awesome in both in the first gulf war and the second . high speed bombers, , should have kept the fleet and upgraded them.
Hi Elwyn, great video. Which stand / hospitality area where you in to take this please? Looking to upgrade from the general admission ticket next year.
Human engineering must be preserved. This technology is not only necessary for life but also for the soul of man. Our hopes also lie in these fantastic machines. They represent the strength, wisdom and pride of the human nation. And they are incredibly beautiful. A special congratulations to American industry. Thank you for the beautiful video :)
I used to watch this to pass out or I ended up passing out because of the beautiful sound. The filming is amazing as well of coarse.
Fantastic video; thanks for sharing. Those Turkish F-16s with that paint job! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Glad you enjoyed it
What minute
Wonderful!! Thank you for the post of these departures. Great to have them all together.
Amazing, thank you. I was there about 10 years ago on arrivals.
Glad you enjoyed it
You could almost hear the "Grunting & Groaning" watching those F-4 Phantoms take off.......
Love, love watching Phantoms flying!!!!
@@tamipalin8171 Still flying, it's amazing.
I loved the gentle wing waggle compared to the modern jets.
Grew up in West Germany watching them taking off from RAF Wildenrath . Love the F4s
Great variety!
Thanks Daf 🤗
I loved the legacy F5s and Rhinos they were a real treat!
Wow what a line up......one of the best military jet takeoff videos I have ever seen.....tks much
The last one is a blast from the past! An AWACS with, what looks to be, the original engines!
they are the newer P&W`s the nacelles do look like they keeping the look ...nice wing waggle he did,all that weight a $$$$ ,not easy to chuck about
All beautiful aircraft. Good to see the old F4 Phantom again.👍
Yes indeed!
First class watch. Thanks for posting. Best wishes from Cornwall 👍👍
Thanks for watching!
Excellent camera work, image and sound quality.
Many thanks!
18 minutes in before we got to the Big Boys. Wish you captured the B-1 that took off! Great footage, loved every second.
no B-1 there

Great Captures 🙂🙌✈️🛩️
Fantastic, some great golden oldies too, thank you.
Glad you enjoyed it
Good one Elwyn really enjoyed. Thanks. Take Care.
Thanks 👍
You never really appreciate just how ridiculously huge those AWACS domes really are

The tanker are still CC-310.
@@alaindrolet8491 being replaced in the near future with the 330, I think?
The De Havilland Vampire was cool to see!!!
Thank you for naming the planes in your video coverage
The livery on the Turkish F-16's was sweet af.
It was a great airshow 😊. Wonderful video 👏
many thanks
I loved the Canadian Jets that's worth all the wait
Beautifully done mate 😊
Thank you! Cheers!

Excellent camera work as always. As soon as I see your watermark/logo I know the quality of camerawork will be consistently high!
Awesome stuff as always elwyn, many thanks.
Glad you enjoyed it
hey Elwyn, you've managed to get the German and RAF typhoons mixed up! also that was a Saudi F15 not a Qatari one, very good tracking however!
I knew I'd mess it up lol! but to get the German and RAF typhoons mixed up 🤣
15:30 is the best part of the entire video
A Lot of bad ass planes there, Imagine flying in the opposite direction looking for a fight and coming up against these babies.
Sir ..once again deliver an INCREDIBLE Video..Thank you ... lov when the planes give the ole wave :)
Thank you Spain for showing off the under appreciated Harrier. Brilliant 50s tech and an awesome machine.
Also love the Mirage 2000.
Bravo Norway for keeping the Vampire aloft!
Glad you liked it! 👍
The still shots were a very nice touch, top notch. Also, DCS... please note the lack of vortices for most of these aircraft. PLEASE!
That Tornado that you captured with wheels going up , brilliant fast shutter speed to keep the undercarriage clean and sharp
@3:43 Thank you cpt Caleb Robert and the entire demonstration crew for our beautiful CF-18 acrobatic display - cheers
Edit: (Tango) 👍🏻

Superb video and stills kudos👌
Thank you! Cheers!
Love the f4s olde but a goodie❤😊
I think it's great that the pilots acknowledge the crowd 😊
Ilove jets, grew up in many Canadian Air Force bases.
Thank you great footage shame I couldn’t stay to watch it. Think you may have mixed up the caption in the typhoons though
yes I messed up 🤨😀
Thank you so much Elwyn for sharing. Absolutely fantastic!
Glad you enjoyed it
Wonderful work !! thanks , Elwyn !!! 😃🤩❤💫👋👋👍👍👍👍🤘!
NATO planes are the best planes. Nice footage.
In the 80s I used to go to mildenhall every year , that was fantastic
Very well captured as always
thanks

Great video, what add on pack are you suing for the people ? Makes it look real and the lighting and engine sounds are phenomenal. Happy simming
Wow sleek 😊
I love the Swedish Gripen but damn they are boring when they depart, no roll, no wave, just follow protocol
I assume calling them the Royal Jordanian Air Farce was a typo and nothing more ! Damn good video by the way!
Sexy paint job on that Falcon.
To this day, nothing can beat the EE Lightning.
Thank you for this upload😊much enjoyed😊 regards😊😊👍👍
Great!!
Fantastic - The Turks with the F16's take my vote for graphics - Red Arrows, never cease to impress. All round an impressive event
the legend..i miss watching the phantoms flying and landing all the time while at recess growing up..sucks to see them basically gone from the air
Those f16s barely need any runway
Man I loved the tornado growing up! Magic plane but apparently hard work to fly.
Nice work sir. I liked your typo "Royal Jordanian Air Farce". Were they really that bad? 🤣
A smorgasbord of delights! Thank you Elwyn!😊
My pleasure! ☺️
Superb footage. Whoever is on official cam at Farnborough needs to watch this or Ted, Big TV etc. felt sick watching that for 5 mins today.
Can never understand why the RAF dropped the Tornado's they were awesome in both in the first gulf war and the second . high speed bombers, , should have kept the fleet and upgraded them.
Brilliant Vid!
Hi Elwyn, great video. Which stand / hospitality area where you in to take this please? Looking to upgrade from the general admission ticket next year.
This was FRIAT but they are moving the stand next year
Amazing videos this years air tattoo was incredible
Great footage as always! But its the GAF Eurofighter at 5:10 not the RAF 🙂
Yes I messed up 🙈
wow the gear goes up so fast on the F-15
F-4 doing the grandpa wave
6:16 German Typhoons… Painted up like D-Day Spitfires and RAF Typhoons?
Superb thank you ! (Was Royal Jordanian Air Farce intentional? 😂)
😂😂 my bad
@@ElwynR your videos are by far the best so we can let you off the odd faux pas !
Thank you so very much for sharing this it really was fantastic. Guess they're going back to thier base now wish them all the very best amazing pilots
Cracking stuff
@16:28 the F-4's tanks say "75 Ears of NATO" oops!
I think you got the Typhoon display teams the wrong way round 😫🤣👍
loved the GAF tiffie l;ow wing wave...best of the lot..@ 5:24 ish
More great footage, matey, and in 'challenging' light shifts.
Cheers from NZ.
The Typhoons take off was insane
14:59 TÜRKİYE SOLO TÜRK. Amazing Take Of
Sad seeing Harries still in service and the Brits got rid of theirs, shocking decision.
I think the captions for the Typhoons have been transposed. 5:05appears to be German, 6:15,are RAF
Yes I did a few mistakes 😇
F15, 16 and 18, excellent just keep upgrading tem.
Nice to see the clean original lines of the Belgian F-16 compared with the ugly protrusions on the Greek ones
This looks like RIAT 2024 (I was working there all week) your description says "RIAT 2018"
Strange, I didn't realise that we'd swapped insignia with the Luftwaffe?! ;-)
😂

“Royal Jordanian Air Farce” 🤣🤣🤣 Sounds about right.
Excellent, thank you @16:30 Swiss Air Patrol
