S2 EP3 - Making the Iron 883 gangster

- In this ep I install some modifications that make a huge difference to the Harley Davidson Sportster Iron 883. I install 10.5 inch slammer shocks from H&C Customs and the blacked out 39mm fork shrouds from Low Brow Customs. I do some shake down runs and cruise round having fun! Loving the low blacked out look these parts have given!

One of the nicest looking 883's ive seen, i would do away with those fork covers though, looks weird without front fender, but its a process and im sure you will have and develop plans for a fender to fit as those covers do make it look nice and beefy at the front...customising our bikes is something we never really finish haha. Keep it up man! 🤘
Love this comment bro thank you! Yeah think they may have to go sadly! Been looking at black fork covers that just go between the top and bottom yoke instead! Means i can rock the front fender and then get a bigger front fairing that attaches to the forks! Big love bro

Hi mate! You got a new subscriber and i also got the same bike here in Australia. Do you consider lower a bit the front of the bike too ?
Hell yeah thanks man! I think if i lowered the front the ground clearance would be non existent! I'm going for the low rear high front look with this one man, I think it suits this style of bike well!

Sucks you had to take off the fender for those fork guards. I would have returned them and looked for a different opton.
@@FunWithAJ yeah man debating about about taking them off as also won’t be able to rock a bigger fairing up front! Do look cool tho I’ll rock for now and take off when I work out what fender I want up front!

@@EDCtexan truthfully I think they are over done on these builds and make the dimensions a bit off!! Just my opinion though haha I did it on a previous sporty! :D
had few of these, also burly slammers, and few rigids - this is as close as rigid gets. in fact i dint think i felt any different. Side note - you lost 3" ish travel... check belt tension
