    I don't see "deposit" as an option on my app. Is this service exclusive to certain cards?

    How long does it take for the mobile deposited money to be in my available balance?

      Hello Rodolfo, Thank you for your reaching our requesting information on your mobile deposit. The availability of the funds can vary depending on whether the check is local, non local, the amount and the tenure of the account. If you make a deposit prior to 10:30 p.m., the deposit will be considered for same business day's activity. ^Rita

    Are funds available immediately after mobile check deposit ?

      Hi Juan. Funds availability when making a mobile check deposit may be available the following business day after the date of deposit or maybe not. We'd like to review this further with you.       @@Citi never again they locked my account I didn’t get my paycheck in 4 weeks basically they took the funds out and said my check was fraud😂a bad check my manager had to call the bank in order me to revive the funds back when they actually took the funds out his account they mailed me a new card plus had to wait a extra 72 hours my shit was still locked so I just literally added my card to cash app and pressed add money they had me so fucked up there was 7 different people telling me different shit like never again 😭 this bank is some bs

    There are ZERO Citibank offices or ATMs in New England.
    The mobile deposit system is down for the SECOND DAY so now what?

    I made a mobile deposit with a money order instead of a check because there is no physical branch in the state of Pennsylvania. Now i have to wait a while for a money order i signed to myself. Smh and no one can give me a straight answer in the customer service department. Starting to have doubts whether i want to stay or bank somewhere else
