All the members have all been LGBTQ allies, which makes sense because many if not the majority of Orbits (LOONA fans) are LGBTQ themselves 🤸♀ I can list many many many examples, but the ones I remember the most is JinSoul being adorable during a call with a transgender Orbit, or HyeJu (ex-Olivia Hye) congratulating a lesbian couple for their happy marriage. jiwoong of zb1 really deserves support from the community bc when he was competing for a spot in the group he introduced himself proudly as a BL actor and faced a lot of homophobic backlash for it (even today I see people openly calling him all kinds of slurs). and in spite of that he still agreed to feature in holland's MV for 'number boy' later. I'll always admire him for that

I'm straight but I love Zb1 and I enjoy this kind of content. I love knowing that Zb1 is considered by everyone, in a way I feel proud. I think what I like most about Zb1 is that they are authentic, they are very real and they don't hide behind appearances to be accepted, and I think they are extremely aware of diversity and I feel that they support minorities ❤❤❤❤❤

Qplant is managed by Beyond the Rainbow Foundation(so, technically I'm staff member of foundation and my job is activist😄) which is supporting LGBTQ+ rights movement in South Korea and rainbow zerose raising funds and donated it to us. It was really heartwarming movement and as a ZB1 fan I was really happy. And I noticed passion of ZB1's queers fans. living as a LGBTQ+ right activist is not easy, but at that time across the nation I feel connected with someone like me. And that kinds of feeling really empowers me and makes me keep doing my job. I'll never forget that moment, Thanks for remind me that.😭

As a gay guy myself, idk if it’s cultural difference, but LOONA and Chu are gay icons for the entire LGBTQ community in western fandoms. We even have memes like LOONA just being a bunch of lesbians and Chu invested gay ppl and lives in a separate reality where most ppl are gay (due to her perceiving so many same sex duos as couples instead of friends in her show) hahaha. Glad to see ZB1 are a unifying force of queer solidarity across the world! 🤍
Another amazing video! I quite enjoyed both Pilgyu and Ju Yeon passionately talking about their favourite groups. I would love to see a pitch on the boy group OnlyOneOf. I think Q Planet would really enjoy learning about this criminally underrated group. They are one of the few current K-Pop groups openly expressing their support to the LGBTQ+ through their music. For example, one of their songs, "chrOme hearts", loosely references ballroom dance in their choreography. Not to mention their "be series", a 6-part solo song series where the members express queer love through three different stories. During their recent world tour they held various LGBTQ+ flags that fans gave to them to perform with during their encore stages, too. I apologize for the tangent, I really love this group and I think Q Planet will as well if there is ever a pitch done for them. Here's a list of bgs that intl lesbians and queers like: zb1, tbz, ateez, a.c.e, onlyoneof, onf, and i think seventeen has quite a lot of lesbian fans as well, riize is probably more popular among younger audience so idk if they have a lot of lesbians liking them. Although a bit late here I really appreciate you guys including ZB1 in the discussion. Some members have openly supported the community since they were young(Iykyk😉), or have been associated with queer spaces/culture a lot and we have a very famous BL actor as well. As a person in the community I’m glad they made it to the group despite how discriminating the industry could be, I find a lot of solace in them❤ As a Hao biased Zerose bi I can totally relate. pilgyu: OMG I know 'rainbow zerose' project! Qplant is managed by Beyond the Rainbow Foundation(so, technically I'm staff member of foundation and my job is activist😄) which is supporting LGBTQ+ rights movement in South Korea and rainbow zerose raising funds and donated it to us. It was really heartwarming movement and as a ZB1 fan I was really happy. And I noticed passion of ZB1's queers fans. living as a LGBTQ+ right activist is not easy, but at that time across the nation I feel connected with someone like me. And that kinds of feeling really empowers me and makes me keep doing my job. I'll never forget that moment, Thanks for remind me that.😭

As a gay guy myself, idk if it’s cultural difference, but LOONA and Chu are gay icons for the entire LGBTQ community in western fandoms. We even have memes like LOONA just being a bunch of lesbians and Chu invested gay ppl and lives in a separate reality where most ppl are gay (due to her perceiving so many same sex duos as couples instead of friends in her show) hahaha. Glad to see ZB1 are a unifying force of queer solidarity across the world! 🤍

I would love to see a pitch on the boy group OnlyOneOf. I think Q Planet would really enjoy learning about this criminally underrated group. They are one of the few current K-Pop groups openly expressing their support to the LGBTQ+ through their music. For example, one of their songs, "chrOme hearts", loosely references ballroom dance in their choreography. Not to mention their "be series", a 6-part solo song series where the members express queer love through three different stories. During their recent world tour they held various LGBTQ+ flags that fans gave to them to perform with during their encore stages, too.
I apologize for the tangent, I really love this group and I think Q Planet will as well if there is ever a pitch done for them. Thank you for making these informative videos, I love learning about the queer community in Korea!

he could simply let her know which boygroups are also loved by lesbian bcs as far as i know a lot of tbz fans are also lesbians. Here's a list of bgs that intl lesbians and queers like: zb1, tbz, ateez, a.c.e, onlyoneof, onf, and i think seventeen has quite a lot of lesbian fans as well, riize is probably more popular among younger audience so idk if they have a lot of lesbians liking them. Mentioning thee groups are v supportive of the community could also give more points? I've seen clips of ateez and tbz holding lesbian flags at their concert too
Although a bit late here I really appreciate you guys including ZB1 in the discussion. Some members have openly supported the community since they were young(Iykyk😉), or have been associated with queer spaces/culture a lot and we have a very famous BL actor as well. As a person in the community I’m glad they made it to the group despite how discriminating the industry could be, I find a lot of solace in them❤

It's kind of 'straight ideal type expressed in super gay way'. That's the reason why I said "you can’t find any straight man who looks like this." because we know It's really hard to find straight guy like them.😁 So, I use word 'straight vibe' but in my community It's still super gay thing. I like ZB1's "SWEAT" because they expressed that unique vibe in very common costume. No one can easily do that.
While shooting this video, I talked about more details of 'Straight Vibe'. And also talked about queer charm of ZB1 and Jiwoong's wonderful filmography and unrealistic beauty of Zhang hao and etc about ZB1. but unfortunately Video was too long to release so my team have to cut most of them off.😥 So I wish, Someday I get opportunity to talked about ZEROBASEONE as a gay fan of them.
