You got some really fun things and I can’t wait to see what you do with your junk journal items! I do wish dollar tree were still a dollar. It isn’t the money aspect so much as the fun aspect. My daughter and I like to play the $5 game - go to a dollar store and pick up 5 things that are just fun. It’s especially great for a tired Friday night and you can pick up a cute mug, candle, coloring book, etc. for an evening’s low key entertainment. It was more fun to get 5 things for your $5 instead of 4. Just like when McDonald’s went up on their $1 large drinks. I can still get a large drink but it doesn’t seem like quite such a treat lol - just a mind thing I guess. Anyway, I love all the seasonal decor at dollar tree and won’t let 25 cents get in the way of that. Great video - I’m kinda new to your channel and really love it!

If you haven't used the watercolors to dye paper yet, I had to liquify the colors I only wanted a little of (spritzing or one sheet) first to do the little jobs, then combine everything for a lot of green or orange...(some yellow+orange+red=for orange; greens+blue+ some yellow=for green) to dye enough sheets for pages. The splatters give the best color for minimal use of dye. I would have made brown but just decide I wanted green and orange.
Thanks for posting. I finished my journal yesterday. I really needed a kick in the pants to get going. It's amazing how this project did that. Now I'm watching everyone's videos to see what else I could have done.
