Wow everyone is talking about Baba Tony 's memories but what I admire is how young Baba looks for his age. Baba what is the secret?
This baba is sound in recollecting memories. Very informative session. More grace to baba and Agbaletu
Hi Dele, yet another great interview with daddy "small boy". So far, in my opinion, he seems to be the most factual and knowledgeable of all the guests with great memories. Would it be possible for you to keep in touch with him for verification of past or future disputable issues? We would also appreciate if you can feature him again to point out mistakes of instrumentation in past albums by artists like he mentioned. Thank you. Have a wonderful day
Sir Tony has a very sharp memory and was able to give an indept insight into happenings in Juju music of the late 60's to late 70's. He is a very versatile musician Thanks Bale Dele for the matured way the interview was conducted Very interesting
Agbaletu, I totally agree with you. Clearly, our love for the superstars of music often prevent us from hearing about their misdeeds; common, they are/were human beings, fallible beings prone to errors either intentional or otherwise. Talking about it prevents future occurrence, all parties will learn from their error and we make peace within and with ourselves. In fact, the legend that the superstars became were on the account of many people's efforts, especially drummers and back-up singers; in fact too, some of the great songs we have identified with our superstars were donated by their band members. Let us allow these stories so that we learn. Segun Awe's sessions were some of the best in my opinion. In spite of everything, Awe gave us memorable insights into how those evergreen records were produced. That is not just history, it was monumental. God bless you abundantly Agbaletu!
INCREDIBLE MEMORY. IN MY MID 50'S NOW I CAN CONCUR TO SO MANY STORIES THE MAN IS SAYING WHAT UNCLCES IN THEIR 70'S SHARED WITH US. HE'S BLESSED WITH GOOD MEMORIES..
Just knowing that it's not KSA that sing Oro iye since all these years. Wonderful!😳😳😳
Extremely shape and knowledgeable man. Really impressive. A real omo Eko. May you live long sir Ameen
Another very intuitive and detailed interview. Well done. The pharmaceutical company that my friend, Late Emperor Pick Peter worked with was Pfizer Products.
Shai! This Baba's memory is so sharp. More grace sir.
This man has a very good and sharp memory. I recall everything he's saying. Thank you.
THIS MAN IS SPEWING THE TRUTH WITH UNBELIEVABLE CLARITY. MY LATE MUM WAS THE FIRST SECRETARY AT THE NATIONAL BANK LAWANSON BRANCH IN THE EARLY 80'S I KNEW BANK MANAGER MR OLONODE FOR MANY YEARS OF BLESSED MEMORY.
This wonderful man has an excellent memory. Precised and articulated. No contradictory delivery.
Most of this men were ripped off of their earnings because of lack of education. They were not informed at all
Is he looking ripped off?
This uncle doesn't appeared "ripped off" at all.
Yes , he probably make it from other income@@BabyJoyous58
The gentleman possesses a remarkable memory and shared many captivating anecdotes during this interview. He also mentioned several notable individuals, including Babajide Smith and Eji Ade, a prominent Juju artiste who held sway in Lagos Island during the 1970s. The interview was highly engaging and informative, offering valuable insights and perspectives. Unfortunately, he is currently facing health challenges.
I love this man!!!!!”Sir Tony” the small boy with big engine. He is a repository of knowledge. He’s memory is impeccable. Thank you Àgbàman for this masterpiece interview.

A very rich, historical and exciting interview. Well done Agbaletu and well done also the interviewee.
Baba Small Boy knack for staging coups is legendary. Twice he pulled it through in the course of his musical career. He is the Abacha of those turbulent era.
Legendary!
Baba Tony recollection and memory is quite sharp for a man his age. He is up there with Baba Abiodun Folorunso (Folly Peperempe). Another insightful interview from Agbaletu. I hope there will be a follow up in the near future. I don't even think Baba Tony has scatched the surface
Anjuwon ko se wi lejo, ija ilara ko tan boro. Eni a fe lamo.....

God continue to open and bless your memory.
This is the most detailed interview on past juju musicians, explained with clarity.
Agbaletu, please where is Sir Skido, is he still alive? I inherited one of his records from my father and in my view, he has the most beautiful voice followed by Idowu Animashaun in Juju music.
Your program is excellent
Very impressed with this interview. Kudos to you.
Easy Life is Chief Babajide Smith - Oshodi
I enjoyed the interview so much. He talked clearly and understandably.
But one can see that despite their popularity most of the instrumentalists and some musicians didnt achieve financial success.
Please can you put all your crafts on audiomack 🙏 I don’t always have time to watch tv. Thank you 🙏
This is being considered soon.
Good talk brother

You have to understand Taiwo and Kehinde staying with the same person they will come up with a different story, don't believe everything they claim
What about Nightingale
Andrew no go Nigeria go better
This old man is very informed and knowledgeable, but his claim that Ahuja Bello hasn't used any other stage names is wrong.
Google claimed that the first Album, titled ‘Awa Ti Danfo’ was released in 1976 under the name, Dele Bello.
