Sometimes, he’ll stop for periods of time or he’ll be forced to b/c his parents have him committed for his various mental issues, but he always shows back up again. He even has the audacity to sometimes act like he was somewhere first & she ran into him by coincidence, even though she was clearly shopping at Victoria Secret first & he followed her. She has a restraining order, but that doesn’t deter him. He’s really sick. He’s formed some sick fantasy in his mind that involves this acquaintance of mine & now, he won’t stop stalking her. Idk if he’ll ever stop.

This reminded me from the beginning to a real case of murder. A guy became obsessed with a girl he hadn't even met in person. She was a professional, I don't know if you could call her "Porn actress", but she made private content that appealed to people who wanted intimate Interactions, similar to only fans now but not as explicit. The thing is, he obsessed over her to the point where he created an imaginary narrative in his own head where they were together, had a car , money , a good house and all this luxury. He kept sending money to her, his parents' money, and got so mixed up in this delutions that he lost touch with reality. He ended up killing his parents and brother one day because they forced him to lose contact with her. He was a porn addict, didn't work, had stolen money, he spent all day living in his own fantasy world and when his parents came to disrupt his fantasy, he got rid of them. There wasn't even confrontation in the murders, all of them shots to the head, quick. He didn't care. They were in the way of his fantasy. Prison was perfect for him. Most likely now he lives in his own imagination, in his cell. With food, water and all the time he wants. He doesn't have to explain anythingn to anyone.
Jesus Christ... I don't think that's simply obsession then, that's way BEYOND obsession. Sure, I get we all have celebrity crushes or favorite p*rn star we fantasize going out on a date, but the way this guy sees his fantasy as reality? He's insane.
@@morgandiaz6822 Maladaptive Daydreaming, that’s interesting. It appears to be a coping mechanism in response to trauma, abuse, or loneliness. I can see why people would daydream fantasies, alot of good writers do so to make stories, but maladaptive is even more intense it immerses the person into their fantasy they actually can’t separate reality and their daydream. It’s not healthy, too much of a good thing or things that makes us feel good in response to bad things in our lives is toxic. When people are stressed, anxious or depressed, often they turn to drugs and alcohol because it numbs the pain, but they’ll get hooked on substances they can’t function anymore. I admit I do have a fantasy world of my own. It takes place in a semi-futuristic world where I’m this elf cyborg girl fighting demons, it’s like a mix of sci-fi and fantasy. I should write this story down or something. But I’d never give up my current reality even though it’s a lot less exciting.

Always did the same sports, same hobbies, tagged along with his friends, wore the same clothes, He wanted to go the same university and even study the same. He had the fantasy he could live life through his brother and so he never had something of his own. Everything went crashing down when his brother got into med school and graduated but he couldn't. He suddenly wasn't the same. His brother was always there for him and always tried to give him his best. The only thing he had of his own was anime and his brother even gifted him a trip to Japan. But well, I told you how this ends. Be lived life through a fantasy from a very young age and never learned to face doing things on his own. Always losing jobs, never learned to face rejection or have something he wad earned by his own doing. The only thing he thought was his was this porn actress that he created a fantasy with. He wanted to feel special, he was what we know as a "Nice guy". Now add that to his delusions of self importance and never actually wanting to face reality and you find yourself with a guy that murdered his entire family because there were in the middle of his fantasy. That's Maladaptive daydreaming of the worst kind for you right there. We all have our fantasy worlds, mine is one I created with a group of friends in a rol play game similar to DnD. I make fan arts, talk to my friends about it, it's fun, but I also keep fantasy where it belongs. He couldn't

I just can't describe how great your videos are! The stories are so interesting and realistic. You also show people the serious topics and things we don't see in our everyday lives. And also it's so scary how many people live and behave like the obsessive teenager in this video. The problem is nobody is even able to see it because it doesn't even look dangerous. This one was actually pretty interesting and got me invested. Though it pretty much ended abruptly though less you're going to continue the story. Reminds me when I hear over the news about young women being obsessive or accusing men of thigns when it never happened in the first place and nothing doesn't come to light until months to a few years later sadly but their lilfe gets ruined with little to no evidence. Good job on this. Brought me back.

One time when I was in high school, my friend’s ex boyfriend at the time texted me and was like hey can you please try to check on her?? It’s scaring me. And I was like what? He sent screenshots of her texting as her “current boyfriend” saying he killed her and buried her behind the movie theater. But it was all a lie, she did all of it so that she could get attention from him. Me and my friends found out, and we saw her the next day at school, alive and well. Very strange. I’ve told weird lies too when I was 14 but hers was when we were seniors.
I’ve actually experienced this but VERY mildly. It’s not a pretty thing and it feels so good to live in this fantasy world where you and that person have everything and all but it isn’t healthy and is extremely creepy. When I say VERY mildly, I mean as if I had tried to live in the fantasy world of me and him dating and everything that happened never did. As far as what I did, nothing like this happened, just tried to live in this fantasy world and it isn’t pretty. E isso tudo acima que eu citei deveria ter sido feito antes do pai da menina fazer qualquer acusação ou medida policial contra o Luke, ameaçar e espancar o rapaz. Para ter a certeza de tudo em vez de só se basear no diário da garota. O pai só se preocupou em punir e castigar a filha, acabar com a vida do Luke, sem ter uma investigação ou analisar o problema em si. E a mãe foi um gado não fazendo nada, só vendo o pai cuidar da situação da pior maneira possível. Garanto se esses pais fossem menos negligentes, ainda estariam vivos.

I’ve actually experienced this but VERY mildly.
It’s not a pretty thing and it feels so good to live in this fantasy world where you and that person have everything and all but it isn’t healthy and is extremely creepy. When I say VERY mildly, I mean as if I had tried to live in the fantasy world of me and him dating and everything that happened never did. As far as what I did, nothing like this happened, just tried to live in this fantasy world and it isn’t pretty. I’m glad that you threw some light into this subject because it’s unhealthy and a serious topic.

*O que deveria ter sido feito na verdade:* quando o pai leu o diário da filha, que estava escrito aquelas coisas absurdas (dela estar namorando com o Luke, tendo uma paixão intensa com ele e ter engravidado dele), o pai e a mãe deveriam depois de comunicar a polícia, ter levado a filha em um médico ginecologista para fazer um exame no corpo da filha e ver se tinha sinais se ela tinha tido relações sexuais com ele ou de estar grávida.
Visto que não iria ter nenhum sinal de gravidez ou violação sexual (já que era tudo delírio da menina), os pais já deveriam procurar um médico psicólogo e psiquiatra, contar o que houve, assim para a garota tratar a doença de delírio, e no caso mais grave caso ela não colabore, internar ela em uma clinica psiquiátrica.
E isso tudo acima que eu citei deveria ter sido feito antes do pai da menina fazer qualquer acusação ou medida policial contra o Luke, ameaçar e espancar o rapaz. Para ter a certeza de tudo em vez de só se basear no diário da garota.
O pai só se preocupou em punir e castigar a filha, acabar com a vida do Luke, sem ter uma investigação ou analisar o problema em si. E a mãe foi um gado não fazendo nada, só vendo o pai cuidar da situação da pior maneira possível. Garanto se esses pais fossem menos negligentes, ainda estariam vivos.

Te lo resumo , ella tenía 14 años fue invitada a una fiesta donde conoció a un chico de 19 años , ella se obsesionó con el y empezó a crear historias en su cabeza y las escribía en su diario a cerca de "ellos" incluso le dijo a las amigas que ella estaba esperando un bebé de el .-. , el chico la rechazó porque claramente era muy pequeña , desde ahí empezó a seguirlo a todos lados e inventar más cosas , el papá descubrió el diario dónde ella escribía todas esas locuras y fue a buscar al chico , ella le rogó que la abrazara el no quería y mató a sus padres porque al final se vuelve loca decía que por culpa de ellos ya nadie le hablaba.
