I honestly think a child struggling with a new sibling cause their father got remarried is a realistic struggle. And its nice that they keep her realistic as an individual. Shes flawed but she grows to be a good sister & person.

Yes, Amber learned to be humble, but the show never implied she was anything else but a queen in the making. She had the patience of an older sister, the care of a good friend and the eye and will to impose order. She simply needed to learn to be a kid too, because a good queen is always in touch with those around her.
