The two tone interior is fire…. GM did a nice job on all the interiors on the 24 HD lineup (refresh)…
I think they should add all that you said and diesel measurements. Def/boost/ect. Etc. just like ford and ram do. It’s so nice having the gauges read the number rather than just a line.
Had all the bright chrome wrapped or changed to black, wheel markers cleared. Game Changer
Great video! i actually own the same truck, black out all the badges, white painted arches and white out the amber markers, lighted GMC front emblem and different black gloss wheels.

I agree with your points. All GMC has to do with the Denali Ultimate is change the wheel design, match all the chrome trim with Vader Chrome, and the truck would be perfect. Having a second color choice for the interior would be nice as well (not the Obsidian Rush interior, but something similar to it for differentiating purposes).
Vader chrome dont look as good IMO
@@mikehd3904 I have nothing against standard chrome, but that's what the regular Denali is for. To me the mix of standard chrome and vader chrome on the Denali Ultimate makes the truck look incomplete. GMC should've done vader chrome all-around on the Denali Ultimate.
At 3:47 you say the diesel engine is only available on the Denali Ultimate. Where do you get that information?
Bright chrome and orange fender light delete is all it needs to be the best looking truck. In regular white though.

I was told by a diesel mechanic years ago that synthetic oil was more prone to creating leaks. He didn't elaborate so IDK?
You forgot to add either move the shifter down near the brake controller like they did on the 1500’s or put a push button system on the dash like the Yukon line…
The biggest issue I have with this truck is that great infotainment system and driving down the road that lever is right n the middle of your screen..why did they miss this?
I agree obsidian rush interior and a blacked out option or Vader Chrome exterior would have me sold and better-looking mirrors/tow mirrors. Looks too bulky on the door. My 2015-2019 mirrors are my favorite, they should of kept that style or changed it slightly instead of what they got now👍
That Vader (?) chrome is badass. I do like chrome myself.
What they need is more usable accessories for that other trailer plug.
About a month ago you indicated that the Ford F350 Limited was the most expensive truck on the market. Well my friend, GMC has now taken over that crown with this Denali Ultimate. You should do a comparison between the two in another episode,
The 2025 Yukon Denali ultimate has the vader chrome grille and standard chrome elsewhere. Don't expect them to change it on the 2025 HD trucks when they have adopted the style.
For me to buy a 2025 (which i'm waiting to see what they do) i need the following changes: change the wheels or don't charge $3K to upgrade. Fix the long shift handle so we can see the display. Fix the tailgate water problem so it doesn't deploy when towing, put a cover over the tailgate interior button so you can't bump it by accident or give a way to disable the tailgate power so it can't deploy when the truck is in motion. Add Supercruise. Don't require a subscription to keep the speed limit sign in the HUD. Add power adjust to both mirrors. Improve Fuel economy. Improve guages so we dont' have to buy a banks i-dash. And, if idling is bad for these trucks, then why don't they have the option to shut the engine off at stop lights by pressing the brake like gas engines do and then restart when the brake pressure is lifted???

Your not in Canada are ya lol, HC is definitely not 80k,my bro has redeye HC and 120k, my 21 Denali HD was 96k, mind you thats tax free on my truck

@@9663mu It’s sitting in the driveway. After all BS fees and tax bout 83-84K OTD. Msrp was just over $90K. It had a few options I didn’t need, but I thought it was a good deal, so I took it. I looked at Chevy, GMC, and Ford over a 5 state area (within 200-250 miles). Vehicles are expensive, but i don’t see them getting cheaper anytime soon. I’m sure someone has gotten a better deal than that somewhere, but it’s a data point…
I just wish the super cruise was available or I'd be driving one. It's sucks you're forced into a 1500 short bed for super cruise
10w30 is the oil to run. Amsoil makes a great 10w30 OE diesel oil (ADN) with a 3.6 hths. 15w40 is getting hard to find these days now and its too thick to run in winter
I run amsoil synthetic in my LBZ and L5P. Would love to know why synthetic is now not recommended?

About a month ago you did a review on a 24 Ford F350 Limited, you indicated that it was the most expensive HD truck you could buy. Well Sir, GMC now wears that crown with this Denali Ultimate at $110k. You should do a comparison of the two, but try and get a Ford that is not Black.

In 2018, I bought a class C RV. In other words, I bought a 10-cylinder Ford Chasis with a house on the back for 80k. Explain how a pickup is 100k.
The US dollar has lost 20% of its purchasing power since 2019. Sad but true.
Sad, but you can't compare pre-COVID prices. It's not even close with trucks and houses now
@AndrewGitterDunn may parents purchased 3 acres for 40k in the 70s. That's not even remotely possible today. Our dollar has lost so much value over the years its insane. Everyday products have gone up atleast 20% in the last 4 years. Before 2019 you could get a decent used truck for 30k and in 2022 they were like 47k. Thankfully the precedes are coming down. But the average new car is 48k in 2024.
Greed set into the market and the manufacturers took it for all its worth. 100k trucks are everywhere now. Yes I dont like the prices but there are people with a lot more money or they don't care that it would be a 1800 dollar a month payment. And they keep selling them. There will be a correction but not back to pre vid numbers.

They need to make the seats like the 18's were, bigger and more comfortable. Ford and Ram seats are awesome GM sucks, way too stiff and narrow and short.
