Same happened with me. I then copied a lot of dummy data (a cartoon movie for example) in phone, did factory reset again and repeated the process 1 more time.
Finally, I did factory reset again and then it should be good !!

@@deel152 just connect your google acc to the phone download hangout app then access you google acc with the pc go security then go down you'll fine your phone name click then find my phone then erase , your phone need to be connected to wifi it'll do a real factory reset.
