This was my best Dell laptop ever. Fast, quiet because of passive cooling, sturdy (once dropped from 1 m height onto concrete screen facing down, not a sracth, that was a miracle) And all other Dell laptops have coil whine this one never had. Thanks for the comment!
I have a question with this laptop model. I don't know what really is issue because when everytime i play any games, after for a while, FPS is slow down very much (Drop from 60 to 8), then it went up to 60 again. I tried clean my laptop carefully and use best thermal paste, but it still doesn't solve my issue. So may be the power supply of adapter has problem?
Measure the temperature during heavy load. I never had a problem with mine during games. I used medium and ultra settings, yes the fan was very loud but FPS always stayed steady. You could also measure the power consumption of the power supply with an energy meter to see if it consuming the maximum Watt/hour and try run games without battery connected.
I have no free time to check my adapter power supply, I was asking if this issue comes from low power adapter supply for my laptop when playing games, because temperature is totally normal, from 69~79 temp
Adding 16gb just gives it the capacity to do more at the programmed speed. Not slow down. You can open more programs without closing previous ones you're working on. To clock up the speed, you'd have to first have faster ram. Then be able to change the speed settings in the bios. Unfortunately, Dell hasn't released any bios upgrades even though the Intel Haswel processor has the MRC to handle it. Adding bigger and faster ram only insures you're not going to slow down or crash working multiple programs.

But how many of watt/hour is adatper power can supply for laptop? At least 130w/hr? or 1.190V on hour?

Is Kingston HyperX Impact 1600MHz 8GB PC3L-12800 1.35v compatible for dell latitude e6440?
It should. I know Dell 6540 can take pcl3 1866 4900 1.35v. I'm sure if you buy from Amazon or Newegg you can return it.
