    Ang dali lang pala mag-prepare ng sarili mong luto ng ham sa tulong ng mga cooking tips ni Chef Igan.
    Very timely kasi ang mahal na ng ham ngayon at iwas pa sa mga karne ng baboy na may ASF dahil sigurado tayo na tayo mismo bumili ng pork at gagawa ng sarili nating ham.. Thanks so much Chef Igan 👍👏🏻🤤

    Hello po! Medyo marami po yata kayo na ilagay na curing salt. It is safe to put 2.5g or around 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. per kg of meat. But your ham looks delicious.

    Di ba po dapat 1 1/2 teaspoon lang ng curing salt? Nakalagay sa caption for every 1 kg ng meat is 1 teaspoon curing salt. Yung meat po na gawa nyo is 1 1/2 kg. So bakit po 1 tablespoon ang ginamit nyo? Tnx

    Practice pa sa pagsasalita at pagpapaliwanag. Lagi po kayong bumibitin sa pangungusap. Yong opening nyo po gusto nyong maging animated e medyo corny. Wag nyo na pong gamitin ang salitang " igan " dahil nakapagpapaalala ito sa isang di kanais-nais na tv personality. Gumamit po kayo ng salitang " ay " sa halip na " is ". Maraming salamat po.
