Go to gym with her eat healthy with her cook healthy meals with you don't criticize her. That doesn't help she don't wanna be big it's something deeper than that. It will take time but It can be done. Go to the doctor with her. Let the doctor tell her how bad diabetes can get if she don't take care of it. She don't need to hear it from you. Go for a walk together. Sit down and tell her how much you love her and want to do this with her that you'll always be by her side. I lost 70lbs (doing HIIT)in less than a year and enrolled in college ect. There is a way to help your partner but you both have to be able to be honest and lead with love!❤
