Namaskaram maami. The paal kozhukattai is new to me. I wish to add that in Chinese cooking there is a similar receipi for dessert. The glutinous rice is used to make the balls. This is then cooked in water with a lot of ginger. Usually served warm. The sharp taste of ginger versus the sweet ball is quite interesting. Rajkumar Malaysia 🇲🇾
