I'm a BJJ player and I was wondering if you have any tips on Judo for BJJ, as BJJ players love to crouch low and resist moving forward very heavily, all the while looking for a chance to jump guard. Do you have any thoughts on dealing with this sort of posture and guard pulling strategy? I think the sport is moving in a very bad direction with its abandonment of Judo techniques in favor of guard pulling, and I refuse to move in that direction with everyone else!
Hi nick. Please can you tell me what your defence would be when your bent over opponent shots down for tackle type take down. Which maybe a down side to an erect stance. Thanks
Muy interesante el video. Soy Aikidoka y los conceptos que usted explica son la base del Aikido. El problema es que el Uke que usted esta utilizando no es del todo bueno. Parece un uke de aikido mas que de Judo, ya que no camina para compenzar el desequilibrio, y eso en Judo no ocurre. Saludos
