100wisdom.com Just true authentic Wisdom from centenarians. Listen to the plain and simple philosophy from the men and women who have lived the longest
my mother worked in a nursing home my entire life and I remember being fascinated with the 90+ people. the common trends were similar to this video. IMO the top tips to live long in no particular order are: keeping your brain active with constantly learning new things, not dwelling on the things out of your personal control (not being stressed), try not to eat until comletely stuffed, love yourself (in a non egotistical way, of course) and always be on the move (whether it's doing simple yard work tasks, or just walking all over the damn place! lol)
i believe the secret is to: not over-stress, get at least 6 hours of sleep, get in smaller portions, exercise (ex. walking), go to church, and try to maintain a positive outlook on things.
"Stress'll kill you." Oh, dear. I hope I'm not doomed. I also wonder if some of these lovely people have had unusually easy lives. Most of what I've been through would be next to impossible not to stress about.
THERE STILL HANDSOME AND PRETTY TO ME AND THATS A BLESSING THEY LIVED TO BE THAT OLD THANK GOD!!! MY BFF'S GRANDMA LIVED TO BE 126 YEARS OLD AND SHE KINDA GOING BLIND BUT HEY IDC BC SHE LIKE MY GRANDMA TOO BC I LOST ALL MY GRAND PARENTS BUT 1
Most people never live to 100. Only a minority of them do. Think of it this way. The average life expectancy in the US is 79 years, but only 1 in 5,000 people live to 100. That's about 63,000 centenarians nationwide, and 400,000 people worldwide are 100 or more.
why would you want to be 100 in this society. Look what this society is today in 2011. I am born 1995 so 2095 watching the world be torn apart by greed and too weak to grab a gun. I would just say I have a dollar and be done with it

I laughed my head off. Really old people eventually figure out what's important and what's not. Love it...
Not narcissists

The biggest key to living to be 100 years old? Don't die until you are 100 years old.

Elsa Brehm Hoffmann looks amazing for 100. She looks about the same age as my Grandmother who is 76! :)
Damn...all these people are doing better than my grandmother was and she didn't live past 80.
Common denominator? Less stress
Beautiful. Common sense advice.

Walter Breuning smoked cigars all his life
Elsa...you are my heroine...!!!!
I wouldn't want to live after 80-85. No freedom of movement and your memory is lost, plus the chance you could outlive your children.
I Love listening to seasoned people advice it's the most genuine and logical information that is effective 🙏🏼💛😊
